Chapter 7- Explanations, Love, Dreams

We reached the place and It was a huge pretty waterfall with water cleaner than anything I have ever seen, there were flowers of all different colors and even a few small animals.

Mason spoke "What is this place?"

Sue turned to me and said "Caitlyn knows."

Mason looked at me and looked confused and was waiting for an answer and I was too.

I didn't even realize that I knew this place well not until I spoke.

"This is the place where Sue and Tom fell in love and created me and they stayed her until I was born."

"And you know that how?"

"I don't know. Sue why did you bring me here?"

"I thought that this would be the best place."

We all walked more to the waterfall and sat down in the grass and Sue stared to talk.

"I don't know how to say this."

"While how about why you abandoned me?"

"Hon, as you probably know I'm a vampire and you're dad is a werewolf and it's against the rules for a wolf and a vampire to umm reproduce, let alone fall in love but my and your father did fall in love. He did have a mate but he loved me more than her. She did die because her heart broke when she found out she was rejected."

I did look at Mason at that time. I don't know what I would do if I found out Mason died just because I rejected him.

Mason looked so sad and said "I know the feeling."

I moved closer to him, put my arms around him and whispered "I'm sorry" I put my head on his shoulder and I let him stroke my hair with his hand.

Sue continued "I also had someone I was always meant to marry."

"Yea how does that work again?"

"Well like werewolves have mates, vampires have arranged marriages, before you are even born they all ready have it written down what kid will marry what kid."

"Who arranges it?"

"The council, It's like an alpha to werewolves it's just there more than one person there's at least five so when arranged couple reaches the age of 13 They are meant to go off for five years and fall in love."

"It's like ware wolfs but there meant for 10 years."

"Yes and when you come back you would be around 18 or 19 years old and you're meant to get married."

"So what was Zack doing all this time?"

"Well the council made him still go out for 5 years without you but he was able to feel you, no if you hurt, sad, happy, Etc. He also felt pain because he didn't have you there with him and he finally came back and he moved in with us and you know what happened after that."

"Okay well go back to when you fell in love with Tom."

"Oh yes! So the guy that I was meant to marry really did truly love me. It's just that I didn't love him back. He knew that I would sneak out of the house and see Tom. He eventually killed himself because he couldn't deal with the pain I was causing him. I had at least a year left on my adventure so we spent in here and eventually had you as a result."

"And why did you give me up?"

"Honey we gave you up because we were scared we were only 18 and the council didn't know about me or Tom and our parents would kill you themselves. We couldn't take care of you anymore So we dropped you off at the first door we saw and we ran away And we made our own civilization."
