Hana Isuzu laid in her room reliving the final minutes of the finals. Her shot into the engine deck that knocked out the tank. Mako driving around the front. The joy they felt. The first sight of the fire. Miho's painful cry to her sister. Maho shouting to her sister. The explosion that nearly killed her best friend. She felt she couldn't breath. Her mother had suspected there was something was wrong when she came home early, but she didn't want to talk about it. She had been plagued by nightmares of the battle. Horrible scenes of rushing to miho and maho and finding them both dead. Her friends shocked faces, and then leaving her behind to cry about the loss of her best friend. She dreamed of her friends abandoning her. She dreamed that miho and maho lived, but quit tankery or didn't want Hana around. What if this actually happens. She thought. What am l going to do.
