"T-E-E-N T-I-T-A-N-S" I heard Davey scream at the top of his lungs. Seems like he was my alarm for this morning.

"Teen Titans, let's go!" okay, okay, I'm up.

I go downstairs to see Dave standing on the couch and dancing in his underpants. Kids.

"Hey, umm Davey, you know they invented pants for a reason right?" I said, obviously bursting his bubble.

"Well good morning to you too." he said getting off the couch while rolling his eyes. Hopefully going to his room.

I make my way to the kitchen to make myself breakfast and found my mom already setting up the table and all dressed up.

"Morning mom. Why you all dressed up? Any plans?" I asked her.

"Morning Rouge. How was your first night in our new home? You slept well? I slept well too, thanks for asking." she said, sarcastically.

"You're welcome." I said, equally as sarcastic. "So what's going on? Where are you off too? " I continued.

"Well... I have to start at the hospital to actually get to know some of my colleagues and get some things sorted, then I'll go to the superstore to get some groceries and go register for a post office box." she said.

One of the reasons why we moved here was because mom got a promotion. From being a doctor in a country in Africa to being a doctor in the United States. It sure did change all our lives. Heck, Davey and I couldn't wait to take the next flight here. We were so excited, words couldn't describe it. But I sure wish Malcolm was here with us. He would love it here.

"And how are you going to get to those places? You hardly know this place." I said.

"Babe, there's something called GPS." she said.

"Of course." I said, with a little bit of irritation.

"Okay, I'm off to work now." she said before kissing me on the forehead. "Make sure Dave eats his breakfast." she continued before rushing out of the kitchen.

"Davey, honey, I'm leaving , come down and eat your breakfast!" she said before leaving.

After breakfast, I took a quick shower and dressed up into something comfortable. As I planned, today I will be touring the neighborhood. I'll probably make new friends and yet again, I just want to keep a low profile.

"Ouuu...going somewhere? " Dave asked while I made my way downstairs.

"Yeah, I'm taking a tour around our new neighborhood, wanna join me?" I said.

"Naww Naw, go ahead. I have my own plans." he said, which I found really cute because I know he doesn't really have any plans for today.

"Oh yeah? And what exactly would that be?" I asked him.

"Amma start at the pool, then go upstairs and finish of level 12 of Injustice 2 and make it back in time to watch the newest episode of Teen Titian's." he said.
