Chapter 9

Elanne's POV

"First, why are you panicked? Second, why did you drag me to your dorm?" I asked kinda pissed off.

"I'm sorry, I just saw someone who we aren't supposed to see." Gahyeon said while looking down.

"What do you mean by "we"?" I asked.

"Uhh. Nothing... Lets go to my room. I'll tell you everything." She said and dragged me to her room.

"So?" I asked.

"So... Uhmmm... how am I supposed to tell you this." Gahyeon said while looking around and she kept fiddling her fingers. I took her hand.

"Calm down, It's okay. You can tell me." I said to her because she looked so scared.

"The... Rose Quartz and Serenity Organization..." She said, my facial expression turned sullen. Gahyeon noticed how fast my facial expression changed.

"I know you don't want to talk about it... but it's really important." She said. It took me a while to answer back.

"Okay. What is it about?" I asked her with my cold monotone voice.

"They're searching for you all over the world. They didn't know that you're hiding in LA for 4 years." She said.

"Why are they searching for me? Is it really that dangerous that they can't risk using one of their trained mages?" I rolled my eyes as I said that.

"All the mages are preoccupied right now, we are dealing with something big." Gahyeon said. She explained everything to me, from the demons not in control of RQSO to their searching for me to deal with a group of demons. Now that all is clear to me, those witches the other night are not in control of RQSO anymore, that's why they attacked freely.

"Gahyeon-ssi, have you heard of a sudden attack of Witches the other night?" I asked.

"Witches? Wait, are they the reason why you've used a dungeon circle?" She asked, I nodded.

"So, that's why I saw your fainted body on your living room. You've used a powerful spell... You need to train your powers more. It will help in the future." She said.

I agree, I really need to train myself. Ever since I left the Organization I haven't had a proper training. So I decided to go home.

"Gahyeon-ssi, thank you for the information. I'll be careful walking around. I don't want to get noticed by anyone in RQSO. Can you not tell them you know where I am?" I asked her.

"Of course, that's all I did for this past 4 years." She replied. I smiled at her and went out. I want to go home and prepare myself. I'm going to do training in the forest on the outskirts of town.

I went home and changed my clothes into some training clothes, a black shirt, black leggings, and black rubber shoes. I wore black so I can blend in with my surroundings in the forest at night.

I took my violin case with my Caratha Lance. The Caratha Lance can retract its blade and handle, and can fit inside a violin case. I teleported to the forest outskirts of town and went deeper into the forest.

I stopped when I was in a big field, far away from the city. I began summoning some enemies. They're summoned by my past memories, I've battled them before.

They can't hurt me because they're not real, but they're like the real thing when it comes to attacks and their moves.

I took Caratha Lance out of its case and started my training. First attack wave was fairly easy. The second was a little bit harder, and third one that I was going to do next is where I would use Magic Circles.

I took a short break to relax myself. My peace and quiet was soon interrupted when I heard rustling of the bushes surrounding me, I looked over to where it was coming from and saw a deer go out. I sensed that he was in fear, so he ran. Soon after that a wolf came out.

As soon as I saw that wolf I tighten my grip on my Caratha, it could be viscous and dangerous. I was not noticeable because of the dark surroundings and dark clothes I wore, but knowing that it's a wolf it could sense me. So I climbed a tree.

The wolf has not gone away yet, it was circling my area. I maintained my position on this tree branch, as I looked down I saw the wolf right below me. I jumped from the branch and surprised the wolf from behind.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" I asked pointing my Caratha directly at him.

Woozi's POV

I was busy hunting and chasing a deer when I lost it in this big field. The deer's scent was gone and now replaced by a sweet smell of a human.

"What is a human doing in the middle of the woods?" I thought. As I kept searching and tracking the human.

I found my self sensing her strong scent under this tree, but I can't find the human. Is my smelling senses messed up?

I was about to go home when I heard someone behind me.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" She asked. I turned around and saw a girl with a Lance pointing directly at me. I quickly changed to my human form.

"I'm Woozi, I was hunting for food around here." I said. I couldn't quite get a look at her face because it was dark and night time.

"Oh, so you're chasing the deer?" She asked.

"Ah. Yes. Perhaps you saw it?" I asked her. I really need to eat or else I'll starve to death. She nodded and looked at her left side, she then aimed her Lance and threw it.

At first I thought she was crazy but when I heard a deer screaming in pain I was very amazed.

"That's your deer, sorry for surprising you earlier." She said and bowed as she summoned her Lance back flowing with deer's blood.

I went to the direction where she aimed her Lance and saw the deer I was running after. As I was eating, I suddenly thought of a question I should've asked her earlier.

"Who are you, mysterious girl?"

Yay!! I've manage to update with my busy schedule today. 😂

Hope you guys like the chapter because Elanne is slowly meeting up with Seventeen and she doesn't even know it. 😏👏🏻
