SATURDAY 10:16AM

Alicia was late on her Biology homework so she had to wake up early in a Saturday to make sure she would deliver it on Monday. After all, that was worth half her grade. Good thing was holidays were starting next week which meant this was her last homework of this semester, and that made her happy.

A ringing sound came from Alicia's laptop. Noora's name litting up on the big screen. The brunette placed a lock of hair behind her ear and clicked to answer the Skype call.

"Hello!" A smiling girl showed up on her screen, "What are you up to?"

"Ah," Alicia looked at her books, "I'm actually doing homework. You?"

"Nothing much. So I was worried..."

Alicia's Iphone beeped by her side and she sent Noora na apologetic look before cheking the new upcoming message.

"Who is it?" Her friend asked, curious.

"Ah... no one."

The phone beeped once again, caughting Alicia's attention.

Chris Schistad: are you mad? or jealous?

"Really, Alicia." Noora called her, "Is it Chris?"

The brunette looked up, "Yap."

"What does he want? Other than get into your pants?"

"Something happened at the party yesterday." Alicia bit her lip, "I found Chris hooking up with a girl in a room."

"So... you're jealous?" Noora tried no to laugh.

"No!" She shouted, making a sound of disgust.

"Then what?" The blonde raised her eyebrow.

"The girl was Vanessa."

"What?! Like Vanessa the one who-?"

"Yes, that one." Alicia completed.

"He's a jerk." Noora gestured.

A new beep sounded from the Iphone.

Chris Schistad: so mature

Alicia: more than you? sure.

Alicia locked her phone and put it away, wanting nothing more than to drop the topic. She didn't even know why she was that bothered. After all, they weren't even friends.

"Well, you were saying..." Alicia insinuated.

"Oh, yes, I was worried but you kind of explained it to me already."

The brunette sighed, "Yeah, that. Just the usual. Chris Schistad being a fuckboy."

As soon as the words left her mouth, William's lecture came to her memory as well as her moms'. And she felt bad immediately. Alicia shook her head, trying to push the thought away.

"I actually have a question," She looked up to Noora's image, "about William."

Alicia swallowed, already knowing what was coming next, "Yes?"

"You gave him my number?" Her friend questioned, titling her head a little.

"Ah... maybe?" Alicia put a guilty expression and a sorry smile, "But! In my defense, he is really trying hard. I think you should... give him a chance, you know."
