After I spent hours in the arms of Elliot as he tried to comfort me he came up with an idea. It took a little bit, but when we were done the spare bedroom had now become one for Elliot to stay in.
He took me with him to his house where I helped gather all the stuff he wanted to bring like clothes, his school stuff, and his special one of a kind hair gel. His dad was more than happier to let his son say with me considering he knew I had no one at the house right now. Elliot's dad was always nice to me-once he was even trying to pair me and Elliot together. In the end it didn't work.
When we got back to my place it was dark out already, so what did we do? We turned the stario up and had a sleep over like the good old days. I was happy to have Elliot back in my life.
"Hey its almost 12, we should go to bed if we're going to school tomorrow." Elliot said as he slung his orange feather boa around his neck like a run way model.
I brought up the idea of having a dress up party and dragged Elliot into it. He still kept his original clothing on but he did put stuff over it like the orange boa, cowboy boats, and two fluffy tutu's.
"Ya I guess so." I said dredding the questions that poeple are gonna ask on why I was out.
After cleaning for a good bit Elliot and I went our separate ways in the hall to the bedrooms. His was right down the hall from mine which was nice because it made me feel not alone in this big house.
Taking a long relaxing shower, and then throwing a pair of boy shorts and one of my dad's old shirts from his untouched side of the closet to sleep in, I wrapped myself up in my fluffy blankets to soon fall into a dreamless sleep.
...
"Lissy.." A soft voice called from a little ways away.
I mumbled an incoherent sound and rolled over in my bed.
"Come on Lissy, we have school in 30 minutes." That second statement woke me up when I realized it takes I bit longer than 30 minutes to get ready for school.
I popped out of bed almost immediately.
And there Elliot was crouched on the floor beside my bed,"Why didn't you wake me up earlier!?" I shrieked, hoping out of my bed and diving for the closet.
"I thought you were awake, and even if you weren't I would have let you sleep in anyways. You really needed it." He responded joining me at my spot by the closet.
"Elliot, I literally slept the whole day yesterday. I think I would have been fine." I commented while rummaging through the closet and pulling out some random shirt.
"Well you know you still have 30 minutes." He retorted while at my desk getting my school stuff together.
"Elliot. It takes a girl more than 30 minutes to get ready." I stated with wide eyes as I shoed him out of my room.
When I looked at myself in the mirror I was more than surprised to see my outfit. I had picked out a gray long sleaved crop top with the words 'not today' written sloppily across the front with a pair of black leggings and my white converse. All in all it didn't look half bad except for my messy bed head. With a few quick brushes and my hair was straight as a board and laied itself effortlessly over my shoulders.
When I went down stairs with my bookbag slung over my shoulders and phone in hand Elliot was sitting at the bar in the kitchen.
"Finally, we have to leave now or we'll be late so come on slow poke." He ordered while opening the front door for me.
"Its not fault someone doesn't understand how hard it is to be a girl." I stated after situationing myself down in my car.
Just as Elliot was about to sit down in the passengers seat I remembered something way to important to forget. My makeup. I quickly and agilely swung over the consul to the passengers seat where I pointed for him to go around to the drivers seat. He reluctantly followed my order and sat in the car with an agitated look.
