Months have passed now and the leaves have changed from their vibrant greens, to yellows and oranges that matched the sunset in the cool afternoon. The month of December was upon us now, and a light holiday spirit was spread across the world.

My leg has healed up quite nicely and I'm out of that cast. Much to my liking and I don't have to walk with those crutches anymore. Yay.

Right now it is 7:00 on a Saturday morning. I'm laying,  sprawled out in bed listening to the sounds of the outdoors through my window. Around this time of year I end up spacing out a lot because of a certain someone that left to early in my life. My dad... I miss him.

The group, if that's what you would call it is doing pretty good. Todd is as much as a playboy as he ever was, Jake has his birthday coming up on the 17th and he can barely get away from his parents who are going ga ga over their 'little sugar baby'. Kade and Mia have started dating and I think she's the best thing that's ever happened to him. He accepts her lifestyle with open arms and hes doing something good for her. Elliot and Lucas have become best bros again much to my disliking, but I still choose to keep quiet about it. He needs a guy friend that's not Todd.

I am very displeased with the fact that my mom and Mr.Smith are together because it just feels like she's totally forgoten about dad, but he makes her happy and that's all I can hope for at the moment. All I want to do though is shove him out of my house. He's over here like 24/7; no lie.

Because of the new adult in the house everyone has started hanging out at Jake's house which may I add is humongous. I didn't know his family had that much money. Its literally a castle.

Today is the first day that I've been at my house after 6 in the morning. Usually I'm gone by now. Either at school or hanging out with the guys. Elliot still lives across the hall which I like, but he already went out. I think he has a secret gifriend. But its just a thought.

I'm thinking of going over to Ryan's house later. We've ended up spending a lot of time at his place. From helping babysit Ellie to sitting up in his room cuddling. I've gotten closer to him in these past months to the point where I share most of my thoughts with him, but he hasn't gotten the full wave of it yet. My brain can come up with some out of this word things.

Getting up and out of bed, I make my way over to the closet where I throw on a pair of jeans, boots and a cute cardigan. Leaving my hair down and face free of makeup; I make my way out of my stuffy room and to the front door.

"And where do you think you're going?" The sound of my moms voice said from behind me.

Turning to face her, I gave her a blank stare," I'm going out to... our place." I say scowling at Mr.Smith standing beside her with his arms draped around her waist.

"Don't wait up." I added grabbing a thinker coat and my car keys.

Driving down the streets of downtown, I watched out my window as several little shops passed by; each with its different personality.

Parking along the side of the road, I stepped out and locked my car. In front of me stood a tinny café hidden amongst other buildings. If I didn't know where it already was, I would have missed it.

Walking into the café with my wallet in hand, I went up to the counter and ordered the usual.

A vanilla ice coffee, and two donuts. One, plain glazed and the other coated in chocolate. Thanking the lady behind the counter and taking my food; I sat down in the booth againt the window and took a look at ongoing walking people on the sidewalk.

Eating the glazed donut and drinking my ice coffee I was ready to go. Grabbing a to-go bag, I headed out the door and over to Ryan's house.
