Chapter 4- Loki

I was walking down to the lab for my second ultrasound. Bruce wanted it to be a monthly thing so this would mark my third month. Tony said he would meet me down so I wasn't too worried when I noticed he wasn't there.

Bruce saw that I was down so he motioned for me to lay down on the table. I did so and pulled up my shirt that was covering up my slightly bigger than normal baby bump. Bruce swung over and rubbed the gel on my stomach again then moved the wand across my stomach a little bit.

"Where's Tony?" He asked once he noticed that Tony was absent, breaking the silence we held. I shrugged.

"No idea. He said that he would meet me down." Bruce nodded as he flipped the screen. "But I figured he would be down here by now." I looked up at the entryway as if I were expecting him to come down that second.

"Well, I'm not even going to ask if you want pictures since Tony isn't here, but I will tell you that you're having twins! So congratulations!" I smiled at the screen before he shut it down and gave me a towel. He handed me the pictures once I got the gel off.

"Thank you, Bruce!" I called over my shoulder as I walked up the stairs. I heard him say anytime before I was completely up. Then I walked into the elevator and took it up to our floor, figuring Tony would be there.

The door to our room was closed which was a little odd, but I knocked on it anyway thinking it was just business or something. When I didn't get an answer I decided to lean against the door to try to hear what he was saying. What I heard wasn't his voice.

"Oh. . . Oh. . . OH! Tony, keep doing what you're doing. It feels amazing!" I heard a female voice say.

"Don't have to tell me twice." Tony breathed out. I jingled the doorknob but found it was locked. I tried again but it still didn't open.

"JARVIS can you please open the door?" I asked the A.I.

"I would rather not Mister Stark. What's behind the door is something you do not need to see." He warned. I rolled my eyes.

"Open the door JARVIS." I ordered.

"But sir-"

"Open. The. Door." I repeated. If he could've, he would've sighed.

"Very well." I heard the door unlock so I opened it and walked into the room. JARVIS was right, I didn't need to see this.

What was behind the door was Tony having sex with someone else. The tall blonde from the party a month ago. The tall blonde I had scolded him about then.

"Tony?" I managed to get out without it showing how hurt I was. Tony looked up and stared at me.

"This isn't what it looks like, I swear!" He was quick to say. I crossed my arms.

"Oh really? Because it looks like you're cheating on me with the girl I yelled at you for flirting with a month ago!" He looked between me and her then stood up.

"I can explain!" He said, holding his hands out. I turned to the girl.

"What's your name?" I asked her. She propped herself up on her elbows.

"Lindsay." She slurred. I moved out of the doorway to make room for her.

"You can leave now Lindsay." She grabbed her clothes then walked out of the room. I closed the door behind her.

"Loki-" He started but I cut him off.

"Don't try to explain." I told him, choking down a sob. "You lied to me. You said you loved me but that was obviously a lie."

"It wasn't a lie! I do love you!" He argued. I raised an eyebrow.

"Then why were sleeping with her?" I asked innocently.

"I. . . Drunk?" I shook my head, turning on my heels and getting ready to leave.

"We're having twins if you care!"
