Blue Team:
Tucker:
He always wrote pick-up lines and flirty jokes, and you'd reply with winky faces and LOL's. He'd always write 'bow chicka bow wow' whenever he made a sexual comment. You get moved from Sidewinder to Blood Gulch, where you meet Tucker and everybody else. You hear Tucker say 'bow chicka bow wow', then immediately tell him to strip. You compare wrists and discover he's your soulmate.Church:
All of your life, you and your soulmate wrote each other letters. Then one day, he just stopped. You continued to write him notes, though.
You meet up with the reds and blues and help them take down Charon, then Epsilon breaks himself up and leaves you a recording for your ears only.
You listen to it, and he tells you that he was based off of Leonard Church, your soulmate, but he explained that Church was dead. However, he still loved you, and he could still read your notes on his arms, even though he was an AI. He didn't tell you before because he didn't want to break your heart, but now that he's gone, you're a heartbroken mess. You were close to your soulmate all this time, and he wasn't even really your soulmate. He was just an AI, someone you couldn't ever touch. Your soulmate is gone.Caboose:
You didn't ever write words on your hands. You just communicated through doodles. He would draw a flower, you would draw a puppy. You woud draw a kitten, and he would put spikes on the kitten. Somehow, this unspoken language made sense to you both.
You lived in Blood Gulch for most of your military career, and one day you see Caboose doodling on his arm. You peek over his shoulder and see he's drawing a person. You look down at your own arm later and see the person that Caboose drew. You rush over to him, and draw a heart on your arm. You don't need to explain. He can understand your doodle-language. You're his soulmate.Red Team:
Sarge:
Guns, and a guy in orange armor who was always dying in brand new and creative ways. You didn't understand why these things were showing up on your hands, but it was from your soulmate, so they must be important to him.
You started working for Red Team command, and you got a call from a Red sergeant named 'Sarge' you guys talked for hours. He would explain his crazy plans to you, and you would agree to send him supplies for his plans, even though they were pretty ridiculous. One day he asked you for a ship that could kill an orange good-for-nothing, and while you talked to him, you slowly drew a ship killing an orange guy on the back of your hand. Then you added a question mark beside it. He stopped talking for a while, then asked if you just drew something on your hand.
Yep, he's the one.Simmons:
Symbols from all your favorite video games and movies, and occasionally a few random facts. That's what you found on your arms. Sometimes there would be lists of random things like:
'Find Grif, fix the jeep, yell at Lopez, tell Sarge he's great'
One day you messaged a sweet guy you met online, and he told you a little bit about his life. He had a lot of the same interests as you, and your soulmate. The website was called 'Base Book' so you wrote on your arm:
'What is your Base Book username?'
He quickly wrote down the username of the person you were talking to.
You smiled and typed a message to him, in the middle of your discussion on video games.
'I'm your soulmate'
(He probably fainted afterwards)Grif:
He didn't really ever write anything, but you would draw all over your arms, all the time. Whenever you were bored and didn't have paper, you would draw complex designs and pretty patterns up to your elbows.
One day, your commander Sarge caught you drawing on your arms.
"Y/n, stop doodling all over your arms! Why don't you spend your time killing blues, instead of drawing on yourself?" Sarge asked. "You're arms look as bad as Grif's!"
Grif's arms are covered in art like this? Either he was your soulmate, or he was also an artist. Curious, you waited until it was night time and you knocked on his door. He answered and you looked down at his arms, recognizing your drawings, scattered across his skin.
You grinned and showed him your own arm.
"Holy shit."
