I threw the phone down and rolled over. We have nothing to talk about. She wanted freedom and I gave her that so why is she still hitting me up.
Just as I was about to close my eyes and get some sleep I hear a knock at the door.

I know this isn't who I think it is. I squint my eyes to look through the peep hole and sure enough, it's Normani Kordei.
Wtf is she doing here...

I slowly opened the door clearly against my better judgement. Mani stood there with her head down twiddling her fingers.

"You need to leave."
"We need to talk."
"About what?" I asked looking into her eyes when she finally held her head up. I could already tell she'd been drinking.

"Oh hell no, and you're drunk? Get out of my face Mani!" I said before quickly slamming the door.

She knocked again, this time even louder than before. 😒

"I'm not drunk and I'm not leaving until you talk to me!" She yelled.

I swung the door open with an attitude she's really starting to piss me off.

"Listen, we are not having a repeat of  the last time you were at my door "tipsy" so why don't you just leave. Ok?"

"Dinah please talk to me."
"We have nothing to talk about, you wanted to be single, you got what you wanted why are you still bothering me."

"You know why."
"No I don't, enlighten me." She rolled her eyes and huffed out a breath.
"Because I'm in love with you!" She blurted out.

She looked around before stepping inside my room and closing the door behind her.

I put my hands to my temples rubbing them in a circular motion. She's really got nerve.

"I can't stop thinking about you and the way you make me feel. I can't stop staring when you're anywhere near me. I can't stand the thought of anyone else having you because I know that they can't love you like I can."

"See that's where you're wrong Mani. If I was with anyone else they wouldn't be ashamed of showing me off in public and letting the world know how much they're in love with me."

"That's not fair you know our situation is different."

"How? And don't give me that bs about us being in a girl group."

"Well it's true, think about how it could affect the group, what about Ally and Lauren. Think about what people would think of us?"

"Ha, I guess that's the difference between you and me. I don't care what people think.  But apparently you do, even if it means hurting the person you're supposedly in love with."

"Dinah stop you know that's not what I meant." She whined while grabbing my hand.

"Why are you even here, you said you wanted to end things and we did. I'm not with the games Mani." I said pulling my hand away as I continued rambling on.

"You're so selfish, you think everything revolves around you. Am I suppose to run back to you because you say so because it doesn't wo-..."
