Chapter 17 -
After sitting in the car, anxiously waiting, we finally arrived at Outback.
"Two for Josh," Jake said to the hostess.
"Right this way, sir," she replied.
"Here you are," the hostess placed us in one of the side rooms, somewhat isolated.
Jake took off his hat and sunglasses and threw them next to him in the booth.
"Aren't you afraid of getting spotted?" I asked.
"Why should I be afraid? I don't care anymore, Caitlyn. I love you and I want the whole world to know," Jake exclaimed.
"Are you okay?" I asked, reaching across the table and feeling his forehead.
"Why wouldn't I be?" Jake asked.
"You just said you love me..." I trailed off.
"I know. I get that we just met and everything, but I love you, Caitlyn. I can honestly say that I love you," Jake grabbed my hand.
We ordered our food and drinks, while our waitress tried to keep as calm as possible.
We both started busting out laughing, once she left with our orders.

The waitress placed out food on the table and walked away as calmly as possible.
Jake's phone started ringing.
"I'm sorry, but I really have to take this," Jake ran out of the room.
...
"What was that about?" I asked Jake.
"I just got it approved," Jake sat back down.
"What?" I asked.
"Caitlyn, I have something to ask you. I just can't stand living across the country from you. I don't want to wake up without knowing I'll be able to see your beautiful face. Caitlyn, I've been wanting to ask you this for the past couple days, but I had to make sure-" I cut him off.
"Woah! Your not gonna propose are you? I love you, but we need some time to get to know one another..." my stomach filled with butterflies.
"No. No. No. Nothing like that. Well, not exactly..." Jake trailed off.
"What!? What is it!?" I exclaimed.
"Caitlyn, I wanted to ask you-" Jake started.
