We waited for a while like the usual and then it was our turn to go up on stage. We got up and the crowd cheered. We sat down in the seats in front of the host and the interview started.
"So are you Loralie, or Hannah, are you exited to find your mates?"
"Yes and i believe it is safe to say that we are both very exited for that day to come." I respond
"Very good...very good. Anyways is there an important message you would like to say to the makers of the games?"
"I would personally like to say fuck you and why can't you just leave it up to fate?" I respond.
"Well...I would like to say thank you because I would have never met Loralie or else." Hannah says with gleaming eyes.
I hug her very tightly and we continue the interview.
"Would you kill to save Hannah?" he asks me
"Of course I would, and I would not even think twice about it." I say affirmatively.
"What is your strongest suit?"
"It would be drawing, combat, running and painting. I have a question though."
"Ask away darling." he says with excitement.
"What kind of wolves are allowed to participate in the mating games? I just felt this sudden feeling of curiosity."
"It's ok darling and to answer your question it's either the wolves who belong to a pack or those of the royal family who wish to participate."
"What about the wolves who don't belong to a pack?" I question letting curiosity get the better of me again.
"Oh no honey...you mean the rogues? Oh no no...they don't participate because they are not allowed. They are worthless and disgusting and just the lowlifes of this world. They do not deserve the moon goddess's love so we do not give them ours." he explains.
"But...what if...i'm mated to a rogue?" I am now afraid of the answer he will give me.
"Then we would have to kill your mate or else to join him...you would have to become rogue and the alpha will certainly not allow that. But don't worry child... you would get another one, a second chance mate, a better mate." he says calmly.
I open and close my mouth because I don't know what else to say. They would kill my mate??? These people are crazy! We exit off the stage, Hannah and I go to the cell with the other girls to await the next day.
