Chapter 1: Bad Start

"Noble 6 you ready?" Carter asked.

I nodded in response.

"Ok come on let's get going," Carter said as he got off the flacon.

I jumped off after him. We walked around. There was no one was anywhere. Then we came up to a little building. There where two women and two men there. They where speaking a different language. George translated it as,"We're just farmers," and things like that saying that they where not rebels.

I heard something talking behind us and around the corner. I went to go and check it out. So I walk over and arounded the corner with my gun ready. I took a few steps and I was out of fusion of the others. Then I saw it. It's not rebels that are attacking. It's the covadent. I started shooting. But I didn't shoot quick enough because it threw me back went on top of me and we fought hand to hand combat. My gun was a little ways a way and I couldn't reach it. Then it was thrown off of me dead and George helped me up.

"You ok?"George asked me.

I nodded in response.

"Let's get going," Carter said.

I didn't tell them but I got stabbed in my right shoulder because right now that isn't important.

We walked for a little while when Kat and a few other people where going to meet us a little farther up. The others including me went in a worthog and drove off. I was the one driving. We drove until we found a group of troopers. We fought off covadent until there was no more around us.

"Where coming to pick you guys up " Kat said on are communicator.

"Ok copy that," Carter replied.

"Hey 6, what's that in your armor?" George asked as he walked over and took off his helmet. He reached over and whipped something red off of my armor. "Is this blood? 6 what are you not tell us?"

I didn't say anything. "6 what happened?" Carter asked.

I took my helmet off and the armor on my right shoulder off.

"Your hurt. Why didn't you say anything?"George asked.

"I'm not the top priority right now," I replied.

"5 go for the med kit," Carter said pointing to a med kit that was in the worthog.

"You should of told us,"Carter said. Before I could say anything he spook into the communicator and said,"Noble 6 is hurt."

"No I'm fine. It's just a little cut that's all," I said.

"6 it doesn't look little," Carter said.

"Ok we'll be right there," Kat replied into the communicator.

But before I could reply George came back with the med kit and handed it to Carter.

"This might hurt a little," Carter said. He put a cleaner on the cut it hurt but not much. Then he wrapped my arm and I put my armor back on my shoulder.

"Next time just tell us," Carter said.

"Maybe," I replied as I walked away to help look out for and covadent. Then the flacon came and Kat rushed out.

"You ok?" Kat asked me.

"I'm fine," I said as I walked past her and onto the flacon.
