"All right everybody. Settle down.", said Rassilon.
As the council members took their seats, Rassilon explained what the Dalek' were planning to do.
"To combat the Dalek threat, we will use the Tear of Isha from the Omega Arsenal! For those of you that do not know, the Tear of Isha is a stellar corrupter. It has unlimited capabilities; today will be the first day to test it out. Who is in favor of this?"
Hardened by the War, all but two voted in favor off his plans. They didn't even gasp when he mentioned the Omega Arsenal.
"So you are planning to hit the Tantalus Eye with it?" Asked his director of weapons manufacturing.
"Yes."

"SEEK! LOCATE! DESTROY! REJOICE!"
The Dalek armada was on its way to the Tantalus Eye, not knowing that coming to intercept them was the Time Lords' Inter-stellar Galactic Elite Special Forces Squadron Legion 1A9.
"ONCOMING WAVE OF BATTLE TARDISES! BATTLE STATIONS STANDBY!"
"HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?", furiously questioned the Supreme Dalek.
Without awaiting a reply, he exterminated his senior commanders in a rage,"EXTERMINATE!"
Realizing that he had destroyed his battle intellectuals, he rashly made the choice of firing the Annihilator when it was not fully charged yet, not knowing what the Time Lords had in mind.
However, the two opposing fleets had already started shooting, some engaging in dogfights already. Broken parts flew everywhere at high speeds, punching through others with a bone-shattering *crack*.
"Sir, the Daleks have charged up their weapon!" warned a Tardis commander, " We await your command."
Pursing his lips, Rassilon gave the order to fire.
What happened next was indescribable,(this is what happens when you use the Omega Arsenal).
The Battle Tardis fired its payload, ejecting the Tear out of the Time-torpedo launcher. The outer casing floated away as the Tear sprouted binary rocket motors.
"Fall back! Fall Back!", cried the Tardis commander.
"WE ARE INTERCEPTING A TIME LORD SIGNAL!"
Having listened to the command, the Supreme Dalek let his guard down, think the Time Lords retreated, "HAHAHAHA THE TIME LORDS WILL BE EXTERMINATED! WAIT...WHAT THE..."
He never finished his sentence.
As the Tear flew towards the Tantalus Eye, the Time Lords' ships all dematerialized and teleported away.
The Daleks were far less lucky. The Tear penetrated the nebula and detonated. It didn't seem like much, but the small blast grew into an inferno engulfing the Eye, then shrunk back into a singularity, then blasting outwards again, showering unstable temporal energy on all the Daleks, instantly vaporizing almost all the Dalek ships. As for the Supreme Dalek, no one knew what happened to him.
"Hahaha, YES, screamed Rassilon, waving his staff at the hologram remnants of the Dalek fleet.
As the Time Lords rejoiced, Rassilon began to plan on a very devious plan indeed...
