"Lord President, -bzzzt- -bzzzt-, there has been an encounter of a monster from Skaro! Time Lord troops are beginning to call it the Nightmare Child. It has even swallowed up Davros's command ship!"

"Admiral, we cannot waste time on this creature. You must destroy Skaro as soon as possible. Any second the Daleks could make more of these creatures! Over and out.-bzzt-"

"Alright everybody! Prepare the Hyper-nova Cannons! Aim directly at Skaro-80 degrees left in angular velocity 8 km per hour!"

"Yessir!"

The Admiral, having destroyed the only fleet left at Skaro, and defeating the Nightmare Child, left Skaro vulnerable. But there was one more pesky defence left-the transduction barriers, surprisingly tough energy shields protecting the planet; in fact it survived a supernova when the Daleks first (failed to) attempted to develop time travel.

"We must destroy the transduction barriers to ensure a 100% victory!"

"Yesssir"

"Any volunteers?"

"...."

"Me!"

"Count me in!"

"Sure, why not?"

"Fine..."

After around twenty Time Lord commandos volunteered, they were teleported via medium-range teleportation bracelets. Armed to the teeth, each soldier could take out 20 Daleks, even when unarmed, and were quipped with photon shot-guns, staser rifles, .801 caliber staser pistols(with only one setting-kill), dark-star alloy bayonets, anti-Dalek grenades, anti-tank mines, and more.

The leader, Commander Aife, with his troops, infiltrated the Dalek sewers, as they knew the transduction-barriers would be located as far down as possible for protection. They met several broken Dalek shells, but most were empty. The ones who still had Daleks were either too weak to fire, or they were missing the gun stick. Nevertheless, the commandos still threw a grenade inside to make sure it was safe.

After a few steps, they encountered monsters. They looked like giant, Daleks, with four mechanical legs. Instead of just one gun stick, they had four, and more weapons, resembling missile launchers, spikes, battle rams, and cannons, and more.

Some others looked deformed, with their timelines scrambled severely, as if Time itself didn't know how to form them, perhaps due to a Dalek failed temporal experiment. This wouldn't be the first time they locked up insane Dalek creatures. They had shifting body parts, some mechanical, some biological, some unknown.

They had extremely good detection systems, too. The moment the Time Lords stepped into a twenty meter radius, their 'talking' domes immediately lit up, and they opened fire. Streams of plasma and heat beams flew past Aife's ears, as he attempted to un-pin his grenades. The Time Lord's weaponry seemed ineffective against their time stream, acting as temporal barriers, but still managed to chip their armour.

"Bring out the super-heavy auto cannon!"

"Yessir!"

The soldier laid down the gun, jammed the magazine in, and fed the ammunition belt as Aife fired madly. Within minutes, the monsters, known now as Skaro Degradations, were destroyed, as their temporal displacement exploded when Aife hit directly on their power source. This caused the shifting time lines to become paradoxical, so it couldn't exist anymore in the universe, causing it to be erased from time, turned into hard stone as an imprint of memory.

With only five troops left, counting himself, he lead his men into a brightly glowing room, as he believed it to be the transduction barrier generator. It turned out to be true.

He placed high explosives everywhere, and prepared to teleport he and his men back to the flagship. He pressed the button, but it didn't work. He kept pressing it, until he heard something.

"PREPARE TO BE EXTERMINATED!"

"Oh no you don't! I have the detonator here! You shoot, I blow this goddamn planet to s**t!

"YOU ARE BLUFFING! EXTERMINATE! YOUR TELEPORTATION SYSTEMS ARE OFFLINE AS THERE IS NO TIME LORD WI-FI DOWN HERE! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

The Daleks opened fire, and soon he was the only one left.

"SURRENDER NOW!"

"For GALLIFREY!"

Aife pressed the detonator, and one by one, the semi-nuclear ballistic explosives imploded.

Back on the Admirals ship, an engineer reported," Sir, the transduction barriers are degrading! We can successfully destroy the planet!"

"We must check if our men are still down there!"

"Sir, regrettably, they have all been killed in combat, as they have no detectable heartbeat anymore!"

"Dammit. Fine, fire at will."

The Hyper-nova Cannons powered up, and fired bolt after bolt. When the first shot hit, the planet exploded. The others just shot through the remnants, disappearing into the Time Vortex, to destroy the remaining Skaros in alternate time lines. They were all destroyed, but something was left.

The Skaro Degradations. Their temporal energy displacement protected them from the blast, leaving them floating in space, in hibernation mode.

The blast shocked the Time Vortex so severely that it caused many ripples in time, wiping many species from the history of Time itself, this time not even leaving an imprint of their memory.
