Everyone shuddered at the mention of the Omega Arsenal.
The Omega Arsenal was a series of hyper-doomsday weapons crafted by the ancients of Gallifrey, most created by the powerful Omega himself. No one dared open it; many believed it was so powerful that it developed a consciousness. The weapons had the ability to wipe beings from their own timelines, the ability to collapse black holes and stars, the abilities to age a race to the heat death of the universe, the ability to kill an Eternal, a god the Ancient Gallifreyans once worshipped, and much more. But buried deep inside the Arsenal was the Moment, the Galaxy Eater, locked deep in the impenetrable Time Vaults. It could destroy anything in a single moment, hence its name. It also delivered an unchallenged amount of energy and force.

"Alright, but if it comes to the point where-" Romana cut him off,"Don't worry, the Daleks are only a temporary threat, like the Racnoss Empire. We will defea-" suddenly, Romana was cut off by the Admiral," Lady President, the Daleks are using time travel to call in more reinforcements from multiple points in time and every battlefield; we are not able to do so in response as apparently the past and future of Gallifrey are time locked."
Everyone in the room gasped. Only if an amount of energy exceeded that of the Universe could generate in its entire lifetime was released in a single point in time, the point would be forever stuck there and no time traveler could ever travel from and to the point, because the energy for time travel could not be generated, unless an amount of energy exceed that of the energy which caused the time lock in the first place.
This meant that the war would not be over soon, but it would drag on for much longer, fought in every point in time.
"Still not going to open the Omega Arsenal?," hopefully asked Nivil.
