Norah contemplated going back, but she couldn't find it in her to fake a smile especially with her parents there. The female sighed softly, not looking at Gabriel as she shook her head. "Could we stay here."

"Of course," Gabriel said placing a hand upon Norah's now shaking ones. He smiled softly at the girl as Norah finally looked up at him.

The female closed her eyes. "Thank you," she murmured.

"What would you like to do instead?"

"Well we can't be seen outside so whatever it happens to be must be inside." Norah's voice faultered into silence. She had not a clue on what they should do together. Alone. "Any ideas?"

Gabriel tapped his chin, a thoughtful look crossing his pretty features. He then snapped his fingers as a pleased smile appeared. "I have just the thing. Stay put for a moment." The male then left the kitchen making his way elsewhere.

He came back to retrieve her a few minutes later with soft music playing in another part of the house. He held his hand out to her. A smile crossed his features which only made Norah smile along with him. She let herself be lead out of the kitchen nook, up the stairs, and into a small room. The chairs had been pushed to the side of the room. A soft song played. (Listen to Jimmy Eats World's Hear You Me)

"Dance with me?" He asked as the slow song played in the background. He bowed once to her.

Norah smiled. "I'd love to."

They then began to waltz around the room. Their footwork slow as they circled around the room. For the first while they spoke little to one another too concentrated on not stepping on one another's feet to even begin talking.

Gabriel was the first to speak. "You look beautiful," he whispered as he twirled her around.

"I'm not," Norah said, but still couldn't help but blush at the complement.

Her newly-wedded husband sighed and shook his head. "You shouldn't say that. You look gorgeous."

"You are suppose to say that."

"No, I say these words of compliment not because I have to or because it is right, but I say them because they are true. I love you, Norah." He kissed her forehead lightly and pulled away to make her spin once again.

They danced in silence for a while. The only sound being the music.

Norah was beginning to enjoy herself and relax as they danced. They were a perfect dancing partners. Neither one had stepped on the other's toes. And they trusted each other enough that when Gabriel went into a dip, Norah didn't fall upon the wooden floor. They continued on like this even when the song had ended and moved onto another. Time flew by as the sun began to set casting a orange hue upon the buildings.

On one of the last dips and turns of the evening, Gabriel began looking at Norah. He studied her softly, noticing the calmness that began to befall her. He smiled once.

Norah noticed him looking at her with softened eyes. She stared back questioning him as he stopped moving with the music. "What is it."

"I was just thinking to myself."

"About what?"

He smiled softly. "I doubt it matters much. I know it won't happen."

"What?"

Gabriel sighed softly. "I want to spend the night in your bed." He must have read the shock on her face as she slipped away from his grasp. A look of disappointment crossed his face and he murmured softly to himself. "I wasn't planning on anything. I just... I just want to be next to you while we sleep."

Norah turned her head away from Gabriel. "I think that it be best I bid you goodnight." Her eyes grew dark as she turned to leave for her room only to be stopped by Gabriel.

"Please, Norah. Just tonight, please."

"Why?" She whispered turning only to look at him with saddened eyes.

He studied her features for a moment before answering. "I just think someone will try checking up on us in the morning." A small blush reddened his cheeks. "And I wanted to hold you while we slept."

Norah's stomach flipped at the thought. And for a moment, she wanted his arms around her. The girl bit her bottom lip. Her eyes closed for a moment and then opened shortly after. Gabriel was probably right on someone coming to check on them. Besides one night wouldn't hurt.

"Come with me then," Norah said softly as she took his hand and lead him to her bedroom.

Surprise was written all over his face. "You sure?"

"No."

"Then why?"

Norah got close to Gabriel. She kissed him once on the nose. "Think of it as a wedding present." She then slipped passed him and entered the bathroom to change into pajamas. It took her a moment to think of what to wear. Something not revealing. Norah soon exited the bathroom with pajama pants and a slightly large shirt. Gabriel was on the bed without a shirt.

He looked at her with a slight smile. He shook his head, laughing lightly at what she wore. He stood up and slipped into the bathroom. He arrived back with a long sleeping gown. It has string straps holding it up on the hanger.

"Wear this." Gabriel said glancing over her once more. "I doubt whoever sees you in that will think anything happened if you are in that get-up."

"But..."

"Do you want me to dress you myself?"

Norah rolled her eyes and grabbed the held out hanger. He was right. "I guess I'll be back. . . " She sighed loudly and disappeared into the bathroom. She came back shortly. Norah just hoped she had did the right thing by agreeing and hoped he didn't try anything like he promised her. Gabriel was back on the bed and underneath the covers.

Oh boy, what had she got herself into.
