"Where's Mr. Investment Banker?" I felt a weight shift in the seat next to me

"He has a name you know?" I said without looking away from my phone

"You didn't answer my question" I felt his gaze on me

"He's chatting with his friends or something" I finally looked away from my phone to encounter Harvey's deep brown eyes on me "where's your date?"

"Are you talking about Diana?"

"I don't know her name" I answered in a dismissive tone "Want a drink?" I asked as one of the waiters approached us

"Sure"

"2 Coronas please" I asked and a minute later he was back with the golden bottles and a slice of lime on top of them I took mine, pushed the lime into the glass and took a big sip of the glacial liquid that brought my body temperature down by a few degrees

"So you and Mr. Investment Banker...are a thing now?"

"Are you and Ms. White Dress a thing?" I said laughing a little

"What's with you and not answering questions?"

"Only the ones I don't want to" I took another gulp of my beer

"You are such a lawyer" he exclaimed with a falsely annoyed tone of voice

"Thank you" I responded and he scoffed

"I only met her tonight she is a friend's friend"

"Well she looks very interested in you" I took quick look towards the crowd and she was looking seductively at Harvey

"You're a good dancer" he said taking his eyes away from the brunette and placing them on me

"Thanks" I said genuinely this time as I shifted my weight and rested my arms on my thighs so I was looking at him over my shoulder "I could teach you some time" I moved my hair over to the other side of my neck

"Let's go" he quickly stood up from the couch and extended his hand towards me

"Now?" I said surprised

"Why not? You offered and I'm taking you up on it"

"Fine" I said without hesitation  and took his hand leaving my beer on the small table it wasn't as if it was more than just a dance

It was as if the dancing gods intended for it to happen because as soon as we stood up salsa started playing, one of my favorite music genres to dance to. He walked me over to the side of the pool where we had more space to dance without being suffocated by people. As soon as the beat picked up he placed his left hand on my waist firmly bringing me closer to him and captured my right hand in his. Instinctively, I placed my free hand on his shoulder, my feet started moving and I was caught off guard when I saw Harvey could actually dance salsa because let's be real who would think the stuck up New York lawyer could dance that well?

"Well look who knows how to dance" I said jokingly

"You didn't actually think I couldn't" he asked and I raised my eyebrow showing disbelief

"I am surprised"

"I can tell" he said as he spun me around in a flawless move

Without me even noticing the songs played on and I was having so much fun joking and dancing that time flew by and all of a sudden my feet started to really kill me

"I need a break" I whispered in Harvey's ear

"You're quitting?" he laughed and his hot breath grazed my neck

"Don't get too used to wearing me out" I said exhausted

Without a response,  he smiled at me with a warm expression in his eyes that I hadn't seen before, he let go of my hand but kept his left hand on my back as he guided me towards the couch that moments before we were sitting on

"I think I'm melting" I said as I sat down and fanned myself with my hands "you don't need any dancing lessons from me"

"Look at that, one more thing that I can do better than you" he had a devilish smile as he handed me a fresh cold beer

"Don't push it" I gulped down the golden liquid as it refreshed my throat

"Oh look the dancers are finally back" I heard Franks deep New York accent behind me

"Sorry it was sort of a stand off I had to win" Harvey explained and  I rolled my eyes at his comment, Frank walked over and took a seat in the chair in front of us

"I could see that.." he stayed silent for a few moments

"Well I am going to catch my breath too"Harvey said as he stood up from the couch and walked away from us into the crowd of people

"Do you think you could spare me a few moments?" Frank asked and I sensed a strange tone in his voice

"Of course" I said jokingly "let me finish my beer so I can recover"he exhaled loudly in a mocking manner

"I'm sorry did you choke on something?" I said defiantly

"Not at all I am just asking for some of your time" he looked me straight in the eye

"Is there something bothering you Frank?" I asked sternly

"Oh just you know I love watching you dance with some guy" he looked away from me in the direction Harvey had just left

"You were talking to your friends, I was bored and it was just dancing so stop being ridiculous" I tried to let the whole thing go before it became something bigger than what it was even though I couldn't help but feel annoyed at the tone he was using

"Not what it looked like from a distance"

"I don't remember you having any issues with the way I dance before"

"And I don't remember you coming here with Harvey Specter"
