(Here we go. Baby things.)

Alexander's POV.

For the last few weeks, nearly every night,  Magnus has been waking up and going to the bathroom to vomit. He thinks I don't know, but I caught on after the second or third time he did it. During the day, he didn't seem like he was sick. Then again, I never really saw him during the day.

Usually I stayed in bed when this happened. Tonight I got up and followed him to the bathroom. I rubbed his back and ignored his protests of me going back to bed.

When he finished emptying the contents of his stomach into the toilet, he turned and buried his face in my chest, crying softly.

"Maggie," I said gently, still rubbing his back, "why are you crying baby?"

"I don't know what's wrong with me," he said softly.

"Oh Magnus, there's nothing wrong with you. You're perfect in so many ways," I said to him, kissing his hair, "you probably just have a stomach bug or something, no big deal. Maybe you can ask Catarina to come check you over since she's a doctor."

He contemplated this for a minute and then nodded.

"Why don't you get back to bed, I'll bring you some water."

He nodded and got up, going back to our room. I brought him a glass of water and he drank some of it. I got in bed and pulled the blankets over us, I held him close and we went to sleep.

(The next few chapters will probably be short like this one because I will be changing POV.)
