The Escape~part 1

Chapter 6-

I woke up next morning cuddled into Mike’s arms…Oh he must have fallen asleep yesterday, when they were….WAIT WHAT!? I realized I was with Mike in a very compromising position. I got up from bed so fast that he woke up. He looked at me like I was crazy.

“What are you doing up?” Mike asked.

“And what are you doing with me in bed!?” I asked. I was really freaked out by this, did we get drunk last night or something?. 

“He looked around and realized that Caden was sleeping where he was supposed to be. I wonder if Caden told him that he could sleep here in the same bed with me.

“Oh yeah, sorry about that” He said. “Caden fell asleep where he is and I had no choice other than sleeping in the same be as you” He added. “But why are you all freaked out? It’s not like I raped you”.

I sighed. “No it’s alright, it’s just that I kind-of er woke up cuddled in your arms, so I was wondering why we were like that I said. “In a bed” I finished, ignoring his last comment.

He smirked while sitting up on the bed. “Well, now that I remember” He trailed off.  I grabbed a pillow and started hitting him with it, making him fall back on the bed again.

“Chill!” He said trying to protect himself. What a coward. I hit him in the face and he suddenly stopped and sat up on the bed groaning and grabbing his face. I frowned and thought he was pretending, but after he stayed there for a few seconds, worry got the best of me, making me drop the pillow to check on him. As soon as I got close enough I asked him if he was okay, he mumbled, and I tried again. I still couldn’t hear him so I got closer to be able to hear him. “Are you okay?” I asked. He suddenly turned around and slammed me back on the bed and held my arms to my sides so I wouldn’t be able to grab the pillow or to punch him.

“Now that I got you yes” He smirked. I noticed his left eye was red and teary. So, he wasn’t pretending at all. I feel bad now.

“Let me go!” I said. “And sorry about your eye”.

“I’m not letting you go that easy, gorgeous” He smirked. Jeez,  what was up with guys and their sexy smirks?. I don’t know why but I wasn’t bothered by the way he was holding me right now, although I pretended to be. The only thing is, that I had no idea of what he was about to do.

“Ugh, what do you want” I said, trying to sound annoyed.

“You know you like the way I’m holding you” He teased. Great, now he was reading minds too, hell what was next? Him kissing me?.

“But you know, I do want something in order for me to forgive you for what you did to me” He smirked. “You’ll have to kiss me”. I guess my thoughts were right after all. Before I could protest he started leaning down, trying to reach for my lips, uh oh.

“What’s going on?” Caden’s voice brought me out of my thoughts and Mike’s red lips. This caused Mike and I to sit up really fast. I looked at Caden who had a look of hurt in his eyes.

“Caden I-I” I stuttered but Mike finished for me. “We were just playing around dude, Eli and I, just happened to get into a little fight” With all the confidence in the world. Man, how could he act so calm? When I stuttered after I said Caden’s name. Caden still looked like he didn’t believed Mike, I looked at Mike and he also looked at me. “Am I interrupting something?” Caden asked, while looking between the both of us.

“Interrupting what? Mike asked. “There was nothing happening here”. That made my heart sank. He said that as if he was taking it as a game. Did he really play me?.
