Ash vs Clemont pt 2

The light of the pokeball dimmed to reveal a large purple yellow and green dragon. It had slick shiny scales that made it appear wet. It stood 10 feet tall and looked like it weighed a thousand pounds. It took a step forward and rawered, the ground shook as it stepped its large feet.

"WOAH ash you caught a Goodra??? Those are super rare!!! Where ever did you come across it?"

"I met Goodra in the mountains of Hooen it was a part of a team of guardians that kept watch over a valley of wild pokemon. Most of them were injured and had come to the valley to heal. well I accidently stumbled upon it when I followed an injured meowth. Unfortunately, Jessie and James had followed me and attacked the wild injured pokemon. After pikachu and I battled them and won, we helped clean up the valley and Goodra decided he wanted to join us on our journey. I think he wants to learn to be stronger so he can return to his valley and be a better guardian."

"WOW thats amazing, I cant wait to see what moves he knows! Mind if I start us out? No? OK ... Chespin use leafstorm!"

Chespin crouched down and focused his energy, the wind started to blow and localized in the center of the battlefield. The wind kept blowing and razer sharp leaves began to appear. Once satisfied with the amount of leaves chespin pointed to the dragon pokemon and shot the leaves in its direction. The leaves hit Goodra in the face.

The purple dragon took the hit head on but didn't faulter. As the wind died down and the leaves began to disappear The goodra stood ready, waiting for his trainers command. "dragon breath" Ash said so calmly, he almost whispered it. Goodra tilted his head back and took in a deep breath,  he held it in for  few moments before releasing it. What came out was a blueish gray haze of smoke that smelled sweet, like blueberries. As chespin took in the attack, he became drowzy and confused.

"hmhmhmhmhm use dragon claw and finish it." Clemont didn't even hear Ash's command or he would've warned chespin to dodge, from the smoke appeared a claw made of green light it was sharp as a blade and as fast as a twister. It hit chespin square in the chest. Chespin took critical damage and fell to the ground with swirls in his eyes.

"Chespin is unable to battle, Goodra and Ash win! Its ok big brother, you'll beat him next time!"

"Chespin return! Thank you for a good battle buddy. Ash that was great, but next time I wont loose :)"

"goodra great job! Take a rest and thank you."

As both trainers returned their pokemon to their pokeballs Ash's stomach begins to grumble loudly.

"ooops" Ash said blushing..."I guess I worked up an appetite hahahaha!"

"Well come on then Ill make dinner, why dont you bonnie and serena set up camp."

Everyone went to work setting up camp and getting ready for dinner and started mentally preparing for the journey ahead.

"Its going to be time to head out again soon. If any of you are having second thoughts about helping me, I understand and I appreciate you traveling with me this far, no hard feelings if you want to back out." serena said out of nowhere.

"Im going with you no matter what" ash answered

"Thats right we said we  were going and we are!" bonnis said in frustration

"We want her dead just as much as you do Serena." Clemont said.

Tears welled up in serenas eyes as she listened to her friends words. She sat down to eat and left the topic alone, although she knew she'd ask them one more time before they got to their destination.
