The sun sets,
Bidding farewell to us
The moon rises and the wind turns cold
My mind is filled with worries once again

Before this day ends,
Can we dance one last time?
With the whisper of the wind as our music
And the stars above as our light

This moment feels so perfect
But I know it's ephemeral
Can we stay like this for a while?
I don't want to say goodbye yet

My happiness is you, only you
But you're going farther away from me
Like a movie, everything will eventually end
Like a song, I'd still sing your name

And when we meet underneath the moonlight again,
Would we pass by each other
As if we weren't once part of each other's lives?
I'm afraid of the pain I would've to endure

As the dawn passes by,
I hold onto your hand more tightly
I don't want to let you go
I don't want to be meaningless once again

I looked at you one last time,
Your face looked so serene and beautiful
With the moon and stars shining their light on us,
You looked like you were my universe

Seconds tick by,
And my grasp on you is getting looser
I try to whisper a goodbye
But instead, three precious words slipped out of my mouth
