Chapter 21

We were all walking around the aquarium, Sofia and I were slowly walking.

"You have to tell him you chose Joel." Sofia told me.

"I don't want to because I will ruin their friendship." I told her

"You already did when you chose Joel." She said while letting go of me and walking ahead towards Erick.

I understood what she meant and I left the aquarium then headed to the hotel. As I was heading towards the hotel, I was surrounded by cameras..

"Are you dating anyone from CNCO?!?!" one of the reporters asked.

"Why are you hanging out with CNCO?!?!?" another reporter asked.

so many questions I have to ignore and I kept my head down. I made a run for it since I was close to the hotel and managed to get on the elevator to the 11th floor.. I slid down to the floor and covered my face.

"Are you okay? You dont look that well." I heard a voice say.

"Yea I am fine..." I lied then suddenly I felt the elevator stop... I looked up and saw he had pressed the emergency button.

He turned around and I became shock because I was in the same elevator as Shawn Mendes.

He sat on the floor next to me and waited until I came back to my senses.

"Holy crap you are Shawn Mendes!!" I was fan girling

"Yes I am" He said laughing " and you are?" he asked.

"Lisa Rivera, youtuber/blogger." I told him.

"So whats wrong?" he asked.

"I don't know how to tell you this because it seems so childish." I told him

"Oh really? Nothing can be childish for me." He said.

"Well alright but you asked for it.." I told him smiling.

"Well before you tell me let's get this elevator moving." He said while getting up.

Then for the next 10 to 15 mins, I explained to him everything that has been going on.

"Well you already chose Joel so why does it matter now?" He asked while stepping out onto the 11th floor with me.

"It matters now because I feel so guilty and I don't want to become between them." I said

"Well then tell Joel that you aren't ready to ruin a relationship between them and that it would be best to just stay as friends until you figure out your feelings." Shawn told me.

"Yea but we just started going out like literally yesterday night..." I told him while opening the room door.

"Do you want to come in for a bit?" I asked.

He looked at his watch and was debating on staying or leaving.

"Do you have a change of clothes?" He asked.

"Yea why?" I asked him

"Change into something comfortable then because I have to get going...but first I have to go to my room so meet you in the lobby in 10." He just smirked and walked off.

I stood there dumbfounded and quickly change into something comfortable and went downstairs to the lobby. When I got to the lobby, I saw the boys come back from the pier with Sofia, I quickly hid but bumped into Shawn.

"Uff.... ow hard chest." I told him while looking up at him.

"I am guessing those are the ones you are hiding from?" Shawn asked.
