Chapter 24

Richard and I were woke up at the same time. There was still 15 mins left until we landed.

"Are you happy to be home?" Richard asked

"Yea I am happy." I lied 

"No you aren't" He said

"How would you know?" I asked

"Because you left on bad terms with both Sofia and Joel. You have to move out of the apartment where you and Sofia made memories." He said

I leaned against his shoulder and waited for the plane to land. Once the plane landed, Richard and I went to claim our luggage.

"Come on, my brother wants to meet you." Richard said while taking my hand.

I followed him out the airport and searching for a dark skin Dominican. Richard pulled on my hand and pointed to someone familiar. I realized it was Yashua and he was holding Aaliyah. 

I panicked because I haven't seen Yashua for more than a year and I didn't know Richard was his brother. I looked at the blonde headed Dominican covered in tattoos, who I fell in love with.

We walked up to them and I tried avoiding eye contact with him but Aaliyah caught my eye 

"OMG she is such a cutie.." I said while tickling Aaliyah.

"Thanks she gets it from me." Yashua said.

I busted out laughing, Aaliyah was giggling along. 

"I am sorry to say but she gets her looks from her momma. I mean have you seen Yocelyn, don't answer that... Richard will choke you." I told him

Richard was putting our things into the trunk of the car and he walked up to Aaliyah and she stretched out her arms to grab him. Richard started to make her smile and giggle.

"Thanks for bring my baby and picking us up." Richard told his brother

"Anything for the bro and his future sister in law." Yashua said winking at me.

"Anyways I should be getting home, I have to pack and find a place to live in." I told Richard.

Richard looked at me then Yashua and then back at me. He wasn't aware about what was going on between Yashua and I.

"Yea let's go home cause I am sure Yocelyn wants Aaliyah back." Richard said while putting her back in her car seat. Richard got in the back with Aaliyah and I sat in front with Yashua.

"So how was your trip, Rich?" Yashua asked

Richard looked at me asking permission to talk about the trip. I nodded my head and looked out the window. It took Richard 30 mins to explain everything.

"So Lisa isn't on the market anymore?" Yashua asked

"I will be after Joel comes back from LA." I told him

"Yea plus she will be moving out by Friday." Richard told him

"Why doesn't she live with us?" Yashua asked

"Dude, we have enough people at the house. Not to be rude towards you, Lisa." Richard said to us.

"Alright then she can live in my condo." Yashua said

'The one you never use?" Richard asked

"Yes that one doofus. Plus it's close to the university and I have the cars there." Yashua said.

"That's really nice of you Yashua but I will be fine." I told him

"Oh come on Lisa you been there before just use it, I dont use it." He said
