Chapter 27

When I woke up again, it was dark outside. I checked my phone and it was 10:30. Jesus, I am lazy. I got out of bed and walked into the kitchen. I was looking for snacks but then I realized that Yashua don't have any food. 

I went back to my room, grabbed my purse and keys. I wasn't paying attention until someone scared me.

"Ahhh! Holy fucker." I yelled. I saw that it was Yashua, he was dying of laughter.

I threw my purse at him. 

"You retard, you could have died." I told him

"Yea like you are able to kill me. I scared you real good tho." he said while laughing still.

"Yea whatever. I am going to the store so be right back." I told him while taking my purse from him

"Let me go with you." he said

"For what? I can go by myself." I told him

"Yea but you are living with me now so I am not going to let you." he said

"Fiiiiiiiiine." i said and handed him the keys.

We went down to the car and drove to the store. We arrived to the store and Yashua got a cart. Since he was pushing it, I climbed into the basket.

"Where to first?" he asked

"Snacks because you have none." I told him smiling

"Then why don't you buy food?" he asked.

"Because I dont want to cook right now... I just want snacksssssss." I complained.

"You are such a baby, nena." he said.

We were going up and down the aisles and Yashua wasn't paying attention and bumped the cart into someone.

"Yashua! Really? Come onnnn" I told him

" Lisa?" 

Shit I knew that voice. I turned around and faced Joel.

"Hey....." I told him

"What are you doing here?" he asked

I pointed down to the cart which was loaded with snacks. Joel looked down then looked back up and noticed Yashua.

"Hey bro, whats up?" Joel asked

"Nothing much brought McFatass to get snacks." he replied

"Wait so you are living with Yashua?" Joel asked

"Yea only until I get my own place tho." I told him 

"Oh so that's the reason you broke up with me? To be with Yashua?" Joel asked.

"Nah nah bro. Don't get it twisted. She wouldn't do that to you. I am her best friend and we met way before she met you." Yashua said.

"How did you guys meet?" Joel asked

I started to panic because I didn't want to tell Joel, we use to date. I wouldn't be good the both of us.

"Lisa and I use to sing together when we were in school together." Yashua said.

"Oh really? That's amazing dude." Joel said

"Look only you and Richard know where I live please dont tell anyone." I told him

"Yea don't worry Lisa but I will come visit you." Joel said

I tried getting out of the cart but I fall into Joel's arms.

"Nice catch Pimentel." I told him

"Good landing Rivera." He said

"Come on, Lisa. We have to get home before all of this ice cream melts." Yashua said

"Yea you are right." I said. "Could you put me down Joel?"

"Yea." He said

Joel put me down and waved bye.

Yashua and I finished our shopping spree and headed back to the condo. After we arrived, we put everything away. I grabbed a packet of cookies and a cup of milk and headed to the living room.

"Damn you going to eat all of that?" Yashua asked

"No......Maybe, if you want cookies then go get milk and come sit down."  I told him.

Yashua went to the kitchen and came back with a cup. I turned on the tv and we sat there waiting for something interesting to come on.

"Well this is a bust." Yashua said

"Shut up something will come on." I told him and threw a cookie at him.

After 10 mins, he turned off the tv. He sat facing me.

"Truth or Dare?" he asked.

"Ummmm truth?" I said

"Is it true that you still love me?" he asked 

"Yes as the best friend you are." I told him

"Your turn" he said

"Truth or Dare?" I asked

"Dare" he said

"I dare you to lick your elbow." I said

"Fine." he said

He spent the next twenty minutes trying to lick his elbow. I started to laugh at him.

"Okay better said than done." he said "My turn."

"alright then ask away."

"Truth or Dare?" He asked.

"Truth because I am not a wimp" I told him

"Alright is it true you still have feelings for me?" he asked

Fuckkkkkkkkk not this not now

"Nevermind dare." I told him

"I dare you to answer the question." He said

Why did he ask that? why couldn't he ask about Joel or Christopher?
