Chapter 39

-A few hours after napping-

I woke up and got ready for the day. I walked out into the living room and noticed that Sofia was sitting there with Chris.

He stood up and slowly walked towards me.

"Can we go out for the day?" He said.

I wanted to smile because his accent is just so ufff but I didn't smile so I nodded my head.

"Just give me a few minutes." I told him and went to my room.

"Okay" he said

I walked into my room and gathered my things as I was doing that morning sickness was kicking in.

I ran to the bathroom and was hunched over the toilet. After I was done, I slid down to the floor and rested against the wall.

Sofia and Christopher came into the bathroom. Sofia handed me a cup of water for me to spit it out. Christopher just stared at me.

"If you don't want to be here...you can go." I told him as I put my face into my hands.

"No I am staying. This is my child as well." He said.

I heard what he said but I didn't make a movement. I began to cry but not because I was sad or upset with him. I started crying because he called it his child.

"Can we go now? I have a surprise for you." He said

"Yea let me just get up." I said

I got up and Chris wrapped his arms around my body.

"I will be with you through everything and anything. I promise." He said

"Come on, let's go before it gets dark." I said

We walked out of the room and headed towards the front door. As soon as I opened it there stood Yahsua, he looked upset.

"You have got to be kidding me." He said

"What are you talking about?" I asked

"Honestly Lisa, we were together for a year and you wouldn't give me a child but here you are.... You guys have been dating for only two months and you are already pregnant!!!" He said angrily.

"Hey!! Watch your tone and how you speak to my girlfriend, I will not tolerate this especially from you, Yahsua." Chris said as he wrapped his arms around me.

"Stop trying to protect her.... Who knows it could Shawn's or Richard's." Yashua said

And that I slapped him and looked at him with disappointment. I heard running up the stairs so I know one of the boys were coming up.

"How dare you! This child is Christopher's just as much he is mine and for you to say that it is Richard's child is a very low blow." I said to him. "And of course this child is not Shawn's because I wouldn't do anything with him because I was in love with Christopher."

I saw Richard and Yocelyn with Aaliyah on her hip. Yocelyn looked at Richard and back at me before she handed Aaliyah to Richard and walked off.

I ran after her and looked for her. Finally, I found her at the little lake we have in the back.

"Yocelyn..... Hey can I talk to you?" I asked

She looked over at me with tears in her eyes.

"I just wanted you to know that whatever Yahsua said is not true so please don't listen to him." I told her

"I know and I trust you but it's been hard being with Richard.... With our love life on the spotlight." She said

"Hey come on.... Richard adores you and you honestly think he would let you go again." I said to her.

"If he tries to, it will be over my dead body. I love seeing you guys and a family. Don't give up." I told her while getting up.

We walked back to the apartment and the boys were still in the hallway. I noticed that Yahsua left but Christopher wouldn't even look at me.

I knew why Chris wasn't looking at me but I didn't let it get to me.

"Are we still going out or no?" I asked

"No, something came up for the new single that's coming out." He said

I looked over at Richard but he avoided eye contact with both of us.

"Okay then.... See you later." I said as I walked towards the door.

"Yocelyn, would you and my beautiful God daughter like to spend the day with Sofia and I?" I asked

"Sure why not..... I mean Richard, you are probably needed at the studio too so just make one trip." She said has she handed him the keys and took Aaliyah.

Richard kissed them both on their foreheads and the boys went off.
We walked into the apartment and sat in the living room.

"I know what you are thinking." Yocelyn said.

"What do you mean?" I asked

"You think Christopher believed Yashua." She said

"I mean they have known each other longer than Christopher and I.. " I said

"True but Christopher is having a child with you and not Yahsua.... Just give him time." She said

I smiled and nodded.

"What happened? I thought you were out with Chris?" Sofia said

"I shall explain to you." I said

We sat in the living room while I explained. Sofia and Yocelyn ordered food while I put Aaliyah down for a nap.

My phone rang without looking at the caller ID I answered.

"Hello?"

"Look I don't care whose kid it is but I want to be apart of you and his or her life." Chris said

"Chris, I told you it's yours.... It can't be anyone else's because I have been with you a while now." I said

"I am sorry I have been acting to distant... I just want the rumors to stop." Christopher said.

"Christopher... It comes with being famous but I hope you know I didn't fall in love with you because you are famous but because I truly do love you." I said

He stayed on the phone without saying a word.

"Chris I have to go..  the girls are waiting for me." I said

"I love you." He said

"I love you as well. You are my better half and no one can replace you." I said

We said our goodbyes and I went to go hang out with the girls for the rest of the night.

I hope he loves me enough to stay
