The use of Seoul in this book has no relation to South Korea, the name really did suit the overall atmosphere of this book that is why the name was used.
For those who have helped me in getting names and powers for osupervillains/superheroes your characters will start to enter the story from chapter 5 and dedications will be made whenever your character has appeared in the book.
Thank you.

Chapter 1
The night was cold and even more so the closer it got to midnight. A cold breeze blew rolling in with sounds of the ever busy city in the north. Seoul. It shone in the darkness of the night like a beacon welcoming every unfortunate soul that passed by.
Standing on the ledge of a five storey apartment building's rooftop a figure dressed in black stood watching the convenience store on the other side of the street.
Walking the length of the ledge the figure stopped at a point casted in darkness getting a perfect view of the overweight cashier and the few customers that were walking around and took a seat, feet dangling over the side of the building.
It was only a matter of time before the last customer left.
An unnatural feel came with the way the darkness seemed to cling to the figure's body as if attracted to it. The figure wore an oversized jacket with the hood drawn over their face.
Under the darkness of the hood amber eyes that seemed to glow with a bright fire took in everything before them from the lack of surveillance cameras in the general area of Andover which wasn't surprising since Andover was what people in the city called a blight but it was the flippant behavior of the cashier that drew a reaction from the person under the hood.
A snort passed the lips of the figure as their amber eyes turned on the city with something very keen to burning rage.
"People depend too much on you." Anger boiled in every word that passed their lips.
It didn't take long for that anger to manifest into something else, something that burned under the surface. It was something that enhanced every fiber in their body into a single burning thought that shone light on how meaningless things could be.
Amber eyes looked down at palms – palms that were unlike any other in the world, palms that currently had liquid fire coursing through their veins. Palms that had fire snaking around long thin fingers like it was a living thing ready to burn the world down at the slightest indignation.
In this case it meant burning Seoul to the ground – if the city fell it meant the rest of the world wouldn't be far behind.
