Hating you for what you did,
Not knowing if I can ever forgive,
And if I find it in my heart to do so,
How will I ever forget?
Forget the pain
the sorrow
the hurt
the shame
Nothing can change that past,
It's hard moving on,
When the scars still remain,
For all to see,
So how can I forget?

Wishing I had a gun,
A bullet,
To end this pain,
To go where you can never hurt me,
Touch me, see me, feel me,
In all this massive confusion,
How do I forget?

I wanna move on and get away,
Away from thoughts,
Away from painful memories,
But most of all you.
Nothing has ever hurt me this way,
And it never will again,
So you tell ME how to forget?
