Once Upon a Time / a 1D love story | pt 2

Chapter 5

*WARNING this chapter will be full of SPOILERS so if you have not read The Fault in Our Stars beware because that's pretty much what this chapter is about.*

Chloe's POV

  Today is June 6th 2014. The day that The Fault in Our Stars movie comes out. ~fangirlfangirl.~

Zayn and Harry are taking Lacey and I to see it today.

The fault in our stars is originally a novel by John Green. Its a teenage love story, but the two main characters have cancer.  The guy love interest Augustus dies in the ending, but the book is very spiritual and powerful, and it has a message that needs to be heard.

Ever since I heard that it was being turned into a movie Lacey and I have been freaking out!

"Lacey, are you ready?!" I yelled from downstairs

"I'm almost done curling my hair, chill the movie doesn't start for another hour!" Lacey yelled back at me

After about 5 more minutes of waiting Lacey came downstairs with her long hair in beautiful ringlets, she was wearing a strapless, light blue dress that came right above her knees, like the dresses you see girls wearing on Tumblr, and she was wearing simple black flats.

Seeing Laceys appearance made me rethink my outfit completely.

I simply straighted my hair and put a grey beanie on, with a blue shirt that said 'Okay?' 'Okay.", and some skinny jeans with converse, and I only applied some eyeliner on my top eyelid.

"Well don't you look like a homecoming queen." I laughed

"Shut up" Lacey playfully punched me

"Are we ready now?" Zayn asked

"Yep, lets go, I cant wait to cry until I'm dehydrated." I say sarcastically

Once we arrived at the theatre you could see how packed it was.

"Are you sure were going to be able to get tickets" I asked worriedly

"Chloe," Harry started "Were in the biggest boy band in the world..I think we'll get tickets."

"yeah Chlo, he has a point." Lacey said

"Don't worry babe, you'll get to see your movie." Zayn smiled

"Yeah, Okay." I agreed smiling

We all walked into the movies together and Harry got our tickets.

We walked into the room where the movie would be playing and we took our seats in the very back, so we could see more and were right under the speakers.

After a few commercials the rating appeared on screen.

'PG; some language and sexual content'

Then the screen showed the night sky. Stars and the moon, then it showed a girl laying on the ground looking up at the stars. Then images of her and a guy talking, and dancing, and kissing, appeared on screen as she began to talk. 

"I believe we have a choice in this world, about how to tell sad storys, on the one hand you can sugar coat it.. that nothing is too messed up that cant be fixed by a Peter Gabriel song... I like that version as much as the next girl does.."

Then it flashed back to her looking up at the stars and her eyes closed and she said

"Its just not the truth."

Then it showed her walking around carrying an oxygen tank

"This is the truth." she said

-skipping the rest of the movie because I don't want to give any more spoilers to the people that haven't read the book yet-

Hazel was reading the email that Augustus had written for her, about her choices,

'I like my choices, I hope she likes hers too.' Augustus wrote

"I do Augustus,  I do." Hazel whispered and the screen went black.

I was already in tears, but the ending always got me.

I starting crying again.

Its just such a sad story.

We all got up and walked to the car without saying a word.

Once we got to the car Harry started crying loudly and I looked over and Zayn had been crying.

Lacey and I busted into fits of giggles

"What?" Harry asked

"And you guys said it was a 'boring, dumb, chick flick' and now your both crying." Lacey smiled evilly

"Well.. it had a powerful message!" Zayn offended   

"Yeah whatever its going all over twitter that you guys are crybabys with the hashtag  #ZarryAreWimps" Lacey smiled

"I hate you" Harry laughed at Lacey

"Oh that's a shame because, I love you." Lacey smiled

Okay, I'm sorry this wasn't a long chapter, but this was mostly a filler, and hey, look at it this way; I've updated twice this week!
