*Yoshiko's POV*
I woke up in my bed in the morning. I figured everyone would be asleep. So I thought I'd venture again. I got up, going to my drawers of clothes. I picked out a sweater and leggings and quickly changed out of my uniform.
I went to the door, but as I went to grab the knob, it flew open. I was met by a smirk on Ayato's face.
"Oh. Hello Ayato." I smiled at him as he fumbled around for something in his pocket.
"Subaru meant to give you these, but now Ore-sama will give them to you." He grinned proudly and handed me my earphones.
"I was wondering where these were. Thank you Ayato." I took them from him and smiled. I headed over to my desk and set them down. Then the door slammed shut. I expected for Ayato to be gone but instead he was walking closer to me.
"What do you need, Ayato...?" I asked, as he only kept coming closer.
"Ore-sama's thirsty~". He simply replied and pushed me onto my bed.
"Y-You can ask nicely! You don't have to be so rough." I huffed, glaring at him, and trying to push him off. This only made him pin my arms down.
"Your sister is busy with Laito, so you'll have to do." He looks over me, then slides my sweater off my shoulder. I stay silent. I didn't care if he wanted blood, but I wasn't going to have it if he got rude about it.
He bit down on my shoulder and started to drink my blood. It rarely hurt but this time it felt a lot more uncomfortable than when Shu did it. After a while of him drinking, I was getting annoyed. He was taking way more than I expected.
"Ayato, stop. Haven't you got enough?" I angrily called to him. He only smirked and kept going. I growled and pushed him off me. The vampires were strong, but I was getting there.
I glared at him then teleported somewhere else. I probably shouldn't have just left him in my room, but I didn't really care at the moment.
I found myself outside and at the fountain. I stumbled to it, my vision blurring, and sat down. I then tried to stop the bleeding but I couldn't really do much; I only had my sweater to press against it.
Blood soaked through the fabric and I couldn't do anything but sit there. I looked up from my shoulder and saw Reiji, slowly walking closer. He obviously made no attempt to help as he stopped and watched me fall back into the water; unconscious.I woke up screaming. Not from a nightmare but at the previous events.
"This is the second time! I swear if I black out again I'll--" I looked around and saw Reiji, sitting calmly in a chair. We were in his room, and he was drinking his tea. I just glared at him as he barely smirked at me.
"Thanks for all the help." I rolled my eyes and stood up from his bed.
"You're welcome. Won't you join me for tea?" He asked, pouring another cup. I looked over, raising an eyebrow, but slowly made my way to the chair next to his.
"This is lame. You don't have candy like Kanato did." I mumbled. I took the tea he offered and looked down at it. I smelled it, then put it down.
"Is something the matter, Yoshiko?" He asked, though it sounded more like he knew exactly what the problem was.
"I can smell the poison. I'm not dumb."
"I don't know what you're talking about. My tea is perfectly fine." He replied, finishing his own cup.
"I didn't think you were a person to lie. But then again you just let me pass out in a fountain." I looked at him seriously. Then I stood up and started to leave. I was stopped when Reiji appeared in front of the door.
"Who gave you permission to leave?" He grabbed my arm and I raised an eyebrow.
"Since when do I need your permission to do something?" I yanked my arm away, glaring at him. But doing that only got a hand across my face. I stumbled back, falling onto my butt.
"What the hell is wrong with you!?" I screamed at him. He only grabbed the tea I set down, and pulled me up by my arm.
"You're not some mere human. You could be of use to me." He smirked and pulled my head back by my hair, then poured the drink into my mouth. I held it in my mouth, not letting myself swallow it.
"Swallow it." He snapped. I shouldn't be scared of him. It wasn't him I was really scared of. Reiji reminded me of my father. That's what scared me. My father would do things like this to me all the time. And I still wasn't strong enough.
As Reiji looked down at me, all I saw was him. I couldn't do anything against him. So I swallowed it.
Reiji smirked at me as my eyes started drooping and I blacked out for the second time today.I woke up in my own room this time. I looked outside and saw it was dark. Shouldn't someone have woke me up for night school? I got up and saw I was in a different sweater. The one soaked in blood was hanging loosely on a hamper in the corner.
While looking in the mirror I looked at my neck. I saw where Ayato bit me, and a new mark. I figured it was Reiji. I also noticed cuts over my face and hands. What the hell did he do to me? I just sighed.
I walked out of the room and down the hall, seeing some of the brothers in a main room. I saw Subaru, Shu, and Reiji.
"Um...shouldn't we be going to night school?" I asked no one in particular.
"Yui got sick. None of us really wanted to stay and watch her except Ayato and Laito. And that wouldn't have necessarily ended well." Subaru spoke up, looking at me from a white rose he was holding. I nodded and went to Shu, poking his face.
"Why didn't you just stay, Shu? You don't even like school." I tilted my head, leaning over him and waiting for an answer.
"I just didn't want to." He said, not even looking at me.
"You stayed with me." I raised an eyebrow. He just laid there, not saying a word.
"Anyway...thank you for the towel yesterday." I smiled when he actually opened his eyes. He looked like he was about to reply, then stopped.
"What happened to your face?" He finally said. I guess it looked worse than I thought.
"Oh...I dunno. Reiji had me--" Before I could finish, Shu had grabbed my hand and teleported us to the music room.
"S-Shu...what's wrong?" I asked as we sat down on a piano bench.
"Don't let Reiji mess with you." He said angrily, looking at me. I only looked down, thinking about how much Reiji reminded me of the past. Shu asked me what happened, but I kept looking down.
"He gave me poison, but that's all I remember." I looked up at him. I probably looked scared but in fact, I was.
"I don't like him...he reminds me so much of my father." I finally finished. Shu stared back at me, then slowly he put his hand on the back of my head. He pulled me into his chest so I wrapped my arms around him. I didn't cry; I cried too much yesterday.
I felt one of his arms around my waist and his other hand was going through my hair. I was shaking; but I still didn't cry. After a while of sitting there, I looked up at him. We just looked, we still didn't speak.
"Do you sing?" Shu finally asked, breaking the silence. I nodded at his question, but shook my head when he asked if I played piano.
"Sing for me."
