*Yoshiko's POV*
I woke up and could barely move, cause of Shu's arms. I managed to turn around and face him. I figured he was still asleep but I didn't really care; I had to use the bathroom.
"Shu...Shu let go of me." I shook him lightly. Telling him to let go of me was becoming very common with him. He groaned and moved his arm. I smiled slightly and started getting up, only to feel myself being pulled back down.
Shu rolled with me in his arms, so I was laying on top of him. I groaned in annoyance and kept calling his name to bother him.
"Shut up." He snapped. And just as quickly I snapped back, "make me." He only smirked, one eye opened. He cupped my face and kissed me. At first I didn't kiss him back; I wanted to get up but then I had an idea.
Not breaking the kiss, I sat up on his lap. He smirked against my lips, slowly moving his hands from my face to my waist. I had to admit, kissing him was pretty great, but I really had to go. Before he could get them around me, I shoved him back onto the bed and jumped up.
I almost fell on the ground but at least I managed to get away while he was surprised. I quickly grabbed some clothes and started leaving, laughing.
"If I wasn't tired, I'd go after you." He said lazily, before turning on his side and watching me leave.
"Well maybe I'll come back." I turned and winked at him before shutting the door. I let out a breath, once out of the room, and went to the bathroom. My wounds were almost completely healed. That was fast...
After my bath, I changed into some jean shorts and a tank top. I was brushing my hair as I shuffled into my room.
"Ah, so you're back for more." Shu sat up, smirking.
"No, I'm back cause this is my room." I giggled as he just rolled his eyes. I put the other clothes down and continued at my white hair.
"You look a lot like him." He randomly said. I knew he was referring to my father. I slowly stopped brushing and looked at him. His eyes were closed as he leaned against the wall the bed was against.
"Well...yeah I guess." I kept brushing at my hair, sitting down on my bed. I was staring at the floor; thinking about what he said. Shu had moved next to me, looking down at my little staring contest with the floor.
"What's wrong?" He asked, making me look up at him. When I stuttered out it was nothing he glared at me. So I gave in and told him what I had told Yui.
I thought he was going to give a half-hearted response but instead he told me I was brave. He said that it was brave of me to be ready to fight again, if the time came. But then he looked at me, almost like he was worried.
"Just don't get yourself nearly killed again." He looked away, sighing.
"It wasn't that bad...I'm almost healed now." I said, smiling slightly, and trying to lighten the mood.
"No. It was bad." He said seriously. I mumbled an 'oh' and looked away awkwardly. Then the door opened. Reiji looked at Shu, then me, but he didn't say anything about it.
"You both got up late, like usual. The dinner will be soon. Get ready." And with that, he left. Shu got up, grabbing his shirt from somewhere, and heading for the door.
"Yoshiko," I hummed in response, "Sing for me later." I smiled wide and told him I would, as he left. I grinned, he must really like me singing to him. It made me happy.
So I hopped up and got my hair finished, putting it up into a ponytail. I smiled then left the room. I headed down to the dining table, waving at Yui as I passed her on the way. I looked happily at the food on the table.
I took my seat, as everyone else slowly came in on their own time, but also on time, so no one would anger Reiji. I was chatting with Yui, as we started to eat.
"Eh, do you ever stop talking?" Shu grumbled, barely interested in his food. Though I saw a small smirk on his face; he was trying to start something.
"Do you ever stop being lazy?" I huffed back, crossing my arms.
"You two don't stop arguing, it's so annoying." Subaru snapped at us both.
"Oi don't butt in, Tsunbaru. Ore-sama is trying to listen!" Ayato yelled at him, interested in our argument.
"Stop with the 'Ore-sama' will you?" I glared at them all.
"Why are you being so mean, Yoshi-chan~" Laito pouted, though joking.
"She's always been mean, Laito." Yui laughed.
"Shut it, Fedora! And you." I growled, trying not to laugh.
"Calm down. She's probably just on her--" Shu started, smirking, until something mushy was all over his face. I smirked as I looked at his now food covered face.
"Actually I'm not, slow-poke." He glared at me before standing up. I yelped and ran from my seat and behind Ayato. I got there just in time; Ayato had been hit in the face.
He shouted something then flung his own food at Shu, failing, and hitting Kanato and Laito. Ayato looked at the untouched Yui and flailed his arms.
"Oi! What are you doing, pancake? Help me!" She tried to throw some but it hit me and Subaru. I had tried to hide behind him. Subaru got mad and jumped up.
"You guys are so childish!" He screamed, either way he ended up hurling a couple pieces of food at random faces. We continued with the little food fight, laughing and joking around, completely oblivious to the angered Reiji.
It was an unspoken rule to not hit Reiji, but we hadn't paid much attention to him. I fell a couple times from food on the floor, as did Subaru. That ended in him getting mad. Shu tried to shrug it off and sit back down but I tackled him, smearing food in his face, and causing him to chase me.
It was all really fun until it happened. We all stopped. Everyone looked at the other, trying to figure out who did, but without speaking. I looked at Reiji, trying to contain my laughter at the amount of food now on the side of his face.
At first, he didn't speak. He only stood, in silence. He grabbed a clean napkin and wiped the substance from his face. Then he turned to leave. I thought we had got off the hook, but with Reiji? How could that even remotely happen?
"For your childish acts, you will all clean this up. Whoever hit me, will be punished tomorrow. I hope you figure it out, or it will be all of you receiving a punishment. Also, you can't use any sorts of powers to clean this mess." He finished, then left to his room.
We all looked at each other in shock. I mean, we should have expected this, but none of us even thought it would get this far out of hand. When no one did anything, I sighed and went to grab us all the cleaning supplies.
While cleaning we discussed who hit him.
"It came from the left of him and the only ones on that side of him were Kanato, Yoshiko, and Shu." Yui stated, wiping something from the table.
I nervously kept sweeping something as she continued, "But...the only one who had that food at the time was Yoshiko." Yui finished.
I dramatically collapsed to the wall nearest to me and groaned. She had to be joking. I had a feeling I did it, but a punishment? It was only a little bit of food.
I whined constantly the rest of the cleaning time, which was a while. It got to the point where Shu, Subaru, and Ayato all yelled at me to shut up. I only pouted as we finished cleaning.
When we were done, we were all tired. Surprisingly, Shu gave full effort into helping so we were equally tired. We fell onto my bed, after cleaning ourselves up. I was tired, but nonetheless I sang for Shu until we fell asleep.

A/N :: I honestly was going to end this book on the last chapter and make a sequel. But I'm going to just make it longer. Also with the food fight, I was just trying to keep it fun before anything gets too serious. :)
