Chapter 26 (Final)

*Yoshiko's POV*
      Before Yui and I got inside the mansion, she told me to teleport us to her room, because we would be showing off our stuff to the boys. I was slowly catching on that something was happening but ignored it.
We changed into our dresses and put on our new shoes. I fixed my hair up a bit as did Yui. When we were ready we made our way downstairs. At the bottom of the stairs, the 6 vampires were dressed up and each were holding a box in front of them. Stella was also wearing a bow around her neck.
I was half expecting this, but I was still surprised when Yui joined them and they shouted, "Happy Birthday Yoshiko!" Even Laito yelled my actual name. I smiled wide and jumped up and down.
"Thank you so much!" I went and gave them each a hug. Yui then announced that they were giving me presents. Reiji stepped up first and handed me a box. There was a small teacup wrapped up inside.
"Join me for tea some time."
I told him thank you, then Shu came up with a smaller box. When I opened it I saw a beautiful necklace with a jewel connected to it. I smiled and he pecked my lips.
"I love you."
I said it back to him, then Ayato came up. He had more of a bag than a box, but inside was takoyaki. I giggled when he grinned at me.
"You made me some, so I made some for you."
Then Kanato came up and handed me his slightly bigger box. Inside was a stuffed dog, that happened to look like Stella.
"Teddy thought you'd like this."
I told him I loved it and Laito came up next. From his box, I took out a fedora. It looked similar to one of his.
"Now we can match, Yoshi-chan~"
He winked at me as I giggled, then Subaru came up last. Out of his box, I grabbed a dagger. It was the one his mother gave him.
"Just in case you ever need it."
He smiled and I thanked him, and finally Yui hugged me, telling me her gift was the things she got me while out.
"Thank you so much guys." I smiled, "but when did you all get this?"
"We already had them for your birthday but then you missed it." Kanato answered for them. I nodded in understanding and set my gifts down. Then Laito excitedly grabbed my hand and pulled me to the dining area.
      "H-How did you get this much food!?" I practically screamed while looking at the array of food across the table. Everyone laughed at me, going to sit down.
      "Well there was a lot of help." Shu said, grabbing my hand and taking me to my seat. Before I sat down he whispered in my ear, "You still have another gift from me." He smirked as I seated myself, blushing.
      We all started digging into the food and after we were done, a cake was put out. My eyes were wide and at this point I couldn't keep it in anymore. Tears escaped my eyes as I looked at all of them.
      "I'm sorry guys...it's just I've never had this. I feel like I finally have a family." I viciously wiped at my eyes and face, trying to get the tears to stop falling. Surprisingly, the one who hugged me was Reiji. It only made me cry more.
      When I had finished crying, there was a knock on the door. I rushed over as the others slowly followed. Jiro was at the door, with two other men who probably escorted him.
      "Baby Jiro!" I smiled wide and hugged him as he glared at me, though still returning the hug.
      "I'm only two years younger than you, Yoshi." He pouted as I pinched his cheeks.
      "Yeah, but you're still my baby Jiro~" I giggled as he swatted my hands away. He finally smiled as I finished teasing him.
      "Well, I came to say thank you for what you've done for us. My father also sends his thanks, he also wanted me to ask you something.
      "Because of your strength and dedication to help us, we would like to know if you want to come back with me. You'd be very respected and at a high position. It's your choice."
      My smile dropped a little as I looked at the vampires around me. Their cheerful expressions, along with Yui's, had dropped like my own. Until Subaru smiled at me.
      "You told me how you wanted to go back one day...this is your chance." He ruffled my hair.
      "But I..." I started but couldn't finish my sentence. He's right, I did want to go back. And not as some prisoner to my father. This was my chance. But I'd have to leave them behind. The 7 people I've grown to love like family. I hadn't been with them my whole life, but I wouldn't mind being with them the rest of it. I almost didn't know what I'd do.
      "Jiro, I...I can't." The others looked at me a little shocked. "I don't want to leave these guys. I'm sorry..." Jiro only smiled at me.
      "Alright, Yoshi. I understand."
      I grinned, "I'd love to help you guys though, if that was still possible." His eyes lit up.
      "I was hoping you'd say that," he chuckled, " We could give you jobs here in the human world that would help a lot, if you want to." I nodded furiously and the younger demon laughed at me.
      He then told me what the jobs would be like, and that I would have to come to them every now and then. He also reminded me that these jobs could get me hurt at times, but I still agreed.
      After, Jiro and his two men stayed for me blowing out the candles on my cake. But after their slices were cut, they had to go.
      "Bye baby Jiro~" I smiled as he waved before the three of them disappeared. We all finished our cake after they left.
      When we were all done, we stayed at the table just talking amongst ourselves. Subaru and Ayato almost fought but Reiji stopped them. Laito decided to call Yui and I out on some of the things we would privately talk about, or at least we thought it was private. The conversation started dying down and Shu grabbed my arm.
      "I'm stealing her for a bit." He said with a smirk, before picking me up bridal style.
      "Try not to be as loud this time, Yoshi-chan~" Laito smirked and laughed when I blushed. I told him to shut up before Shu carried me to his room.
      "You might wanna take that off. Don't want to ruin it." He said setting me down and motioning to my dress.
      "It's my birthday. I don't have to listen to you." I pouted and he playfully rolled his eyes.
      "Fine then, what do you want me to do?"
      "If I take this off, then you needa take this off." I smirked, tugging at his shirt. He agreed and pulled off his top as I purposely slid off my dress rather slowly. As he watched me he groaned and scooped me up.
      "I already can't do this." He threw me onto the bed and went straight for my neck.

      The next night I woke up and found new clothes and took a bath. When I was dressed I went to the stairs to find everyone dressed and  waiting.
      "School isn't over yet, though you missed the majority of it." Yui laughed and I only smiled.
      "Alright, lets go." I happily jogged to the limo and took my normal seat. As they all took their own, I giggled to myself as Laito and Ayato were already messing with Yui. Reiji was also trying to get them to stop for just two seconds.
      "W-What are you laughing at?" Yui asked, blushing because of the boys.
      "Nothing." I gave them a closed eye smile and they smiled back. I'm glad I stayed.
