Leafeon's Love Adventure.

The library.

This chapter is not actionable, it's just informative. So, skip it if you want or whatever, I don't care.

I got to the library in a timely manner. It was not far from our house either, so it didn't take long.

I opened the door and walked in.

The library was small, compared to other libraries that existed out there. It had about twenty bookshelves stacked with books on all of them. The front desk was right next to the entrance, so I said hi to Miss Sharner, as I passed by her.

Miss Sharner was a lopunny, who was very friendly toward everyone. She never raised her voice, and she respected personal space. She was a little anti-social, but she was pleasant to be around nonetheless.

I walked over to the same bookshelf as I always walk over to. I found my book that I was reading, and sat down at a table and started reading it.

It was titled The Great Adventures of Grass and Ice. It was a very entertaining book to read, and I really liked reading it whenever I came here. Of course, except for those times I came here for studying, then I only read what I needed to.

I became enveloped in the intricate story-telling of the book, and time passed by quickly.

Before I knew it, it was already almost dinner time.

I closed the book and returned it to the right shelf. I then started escorting myself out when I was stopped.

The growlithe had found me.

"Oh hey Yamato," He said to me. "How is it going?"

He was by himself and at the library, both signs that something strange was going on.

"My name is Tendo, and nothing is going on." I responded. "I was about to leave."

"Ok well, I have to tell you something first." He said. Then he looked down. "I am sorry about hurting you so badly."

I was taken aback. He would never apologize like that! Ever! I was either being pranked or maybe he was getting payed.

"I heard fro the nurse how bad it was, and I had no idea." He kept going. "I didn't know I would hurt you that much. I am sorry."

"Is this a prank?" I asked blatantly.

He looked up. "Hmm? No. But that would have been a good idea."

"Are you getting payed tp say this?"

"No. I would not do that kind of thing. I may be an inconsiderate pokemon sometimes, but I wouldn't go that far."

"So this is real? Authentic?"

"Yes. 100% me. Although, can you do me a favor?" He leaned in closer causing me to lean back slightly. "Never tell anyone about this. My reputation would be completely shattered."

I nodded. I wasn't about to say no.

"Good. Then I will leave now before things get any weirder than they are."

At that he ran out the door pretty quickly. I was sincerely shocked by what had just happened. I didn't think he was capable of doing such a thing as that. But, I guess there is a surprise everyday.

I began walking home.
