Tendo's curiosity.

Myself and Tendo were both walking home.

I personally was glad to be out of the pressured situations. And glad to be away from Cindi. I mean, I'm not trying to be rude, it's just that me being next to her, and Tendo's love questions for us... it was all too much for me to handle.

"You never did answer my question." Tendo stated.

I looked at him. "Yeah? What question is that?"

Tendo stopped walking. "Would you, or would you not like to kiss Cindi later on?"

I blushed a little bit, and sighed. "Why are you so concerned about my love life? It's not any of your business."

He smirked. "Because..."

I glared at him. "Because why? Just tell me!"

He looked at the ground. "Because I never thought I would have someone take an interest in me. Personally, I was happy being alone. Or so I thought. But ever since that Aurora came into my life..." He looked at me. "I've been happier."

I shrugged. "I know all that. But that doesn't have to do with me."

He smiled. "It does though. Because you're the same way. And... Ii just know that you deserve at least a little happiness."

I blink in shock. "...What?"

He sighed. "Please don't freak out over it..."

I shook my head. "No, no, no, wait. Am I hallucinating, or did you just say that you care for my well-being?"

Tendo rolled his eyes and continued walking.

My frown turned into a smile. "So you do!"

Tendo looked back at me while still walking. "Well yeah. You're my brother."

I ran to him, and walked by his side. "Awesome! You just admitted to caring for me!"

Tendo smirked. "And you unknowingly admitted to wanting to kiss Cindi."

My eyes widened. "What? No... no I didn't..."

Tendo shrugged. "Whatever. You and I both know what you really want. You can stop being in denial around me; I'll keep it a secret."

My eye twitches, but I shake it off.

Tendo pondered for a while about something. "Ya know..."

I looked at him. "Hmm?"

He smiled. "We should set a date for when you want to get into a serious relationship with Cindi."

I get in front of him, and force him to stop. "Wait, what? Excuse me, but I'll be the judge and decider of that."

He waited for my decision.

I bit my lower lip. "Uh... a month from now?"

He nodded. "Alright. That seems a good date. Gives you plenty of time to get to know her beforehand."

I exhaled. "Yeah. Now, can we please just walk back in silence?!"

Tendo laughed. "Alright, alright. Fine."

I eye him for a second, but he says nothing.

And we walk back to our home without saying another word.
