"OK since I see you are all settled how about we get class started? But before I start do any of you have questions? " one girl raised her hand slowly.
"Yes umm, " Mr. Murphey looked at the seating chart everyone signed. " Linda. "
"Umm will we ever switch seats? " She asked really quietly.
"Only if I think needed. " Linda shook her head.
End of Class
"Have a nice rest of your first day everyone see you tommorow! " Mr. Murphey waved goodbye to his class.
"Hey Jackie wait up! " Jack Kennedy jogged to catch up to her. "So about dinner. "
"Not going to happen." Jackie automatically answered.
"C'mon! Give me a chance. " Jack begged
"You can beg all you want it won't happen. " Jackie walked away from Jack into her next class.
"Jack Kennedy can't get a girl! " Lem Billings said walking up to his best friend.
"Very funny Lem. But I'm going get her to like me. "
"So whats this girls name? "
"Jacqueline Lee Bouvier."
"Your kidding right? " Lem said wide mouthed.
"Noo and why so shocked? "
"She was crowned queen debutant of the year. "
"Really. I mean she's pretty for sure but she doesn't seem like she would be a deb to me. "
"She is. Originally from South Hampton, New York she moved to Boston in the fifth grade. She spoke French, Italian and, Spanish during her interveiws. "
"Wow. "
"She's way out of your limit. " Lem said and walked away.
"Yeah but I'm going to get her to like me! "
