Chapter 14

"Stand back,stand back." Jackie whispered.

"What do we do?" Ethel asked.

"Get dressed we are gonna see who this is!" Jackie walked over to her closet and pulled out two all black outfits.

"I like the way you think but really all black?"

"Yes so are you in or out?"

"I guess I'm in!" Ethel took the outfit and together the girls crept outside.

"There they are!" Jackie said.

Ethel saw a rock and picked it up.

"Ethie what are you doing?" Jackie asked.

"You'll see so just pick up a small but heavy rock and follow my lead!" Jackie found a rock and asked Ethel what they were gonna do.

"On three throw the rock at them O.k.? 1."

"What!"

"Fine let's do it!" Jackie and Ethel aimed their rocks.

"3!" Ethel yelled. They threw the rocks and hit the person.

"Ouch!" The person yelled. Ethel and Jackie knew that voice or voices.

"Jack? Bobby?" Jackie asked.

"Hi." Jack said quietly.

" Why are you here?" Ethel scoffed.

"Because I want to explain." Bobby stepped towards Ethel.

"Explain what you cheated on me?" Ethel asked stepping back.

"Umm Jack let's go hang out on the swing." Jackie took Jack by the hand.

"It wasn't my fault! Sarah Johnson told Jack to get me and when she started flirting she wouldn't let me leave and when she saw you she kissed me!"

"Sarah Johnson? The "My boyfriend is captain of the football team'?"

"They broke up."

"I don't believe you."

"Even call him. If you want I will ask Sarah on the phone."

"Fine let's go call her." Ethel went and told Jackie that she needed her to help sneak Jack and Bobby in the house.

"Why?" Jackie asked.

"Why not?" Jack laughed.

"Because I wanna see if Bobby really did cheat in me."
