I hold onto Phoenix's hand tighter and he squeezes it in reassurance. A dim light comes from inside the room and we all shuffle in behind the lady. The light was coming from the middle of the room from a rusted lantern that you'd find on a boat. I look around the room and see that it is completely empty, with no windows either, there is a door opposite the one we entered through but it's boarded up completely.

The lady squats beside the light and stares at it while murmuring to herself, the robot takes this time to stand up properly and I can hear the gears whir as he does so. I let go of Phoenix's hand and walk over to the boarded up door, when I don't hear his footsteps behind me I turn and raise an eyebrow at him but he just shakes his head to which I just shrug and go to the boarded doorway.

The wood hammered to the door is old and rotten with hold growing on it. There was a slight gap in between the wood and I peer through it. It was almost total darkness except I saw green eyes staring back at me, I jump back in surprise and bump into Phoenix.

"What is it?" He asks worried

"Eyes" I stammer "Someone's trapped in there we have to get them out"

"What?" Phoenix says in disbelief "this woods got lots of mould on it if any one was in there they'd have been in there a while" He says and eagerly looks through the gap.

He looks through and as soon as he does so he calms down, all tension from his face melting away. He steps away from the makeshift door and laughs at me.

"Mirror" he says shaking his head and walking back to the entrance

I shake my head in disbelief and look through the gap again pushing myself against the wood to get the best view possible. Through the dimness I once again saw green eyes and eased when I realised it was my reflection. I laughed and saw the reflection laugh with me.

"Only a mirror" I say to myself

I look back at the green eyes and smile, my reflection loyally copying my actions. I stick my hand through the gap and reach towards the mirror, I see my reflection doing the same. I push myself into the wood and push my arm in there further.

Hmm that mirror is further away than I thought

I pull my head back and look around the room, the lady is still staring at the light and muttering to herself, Phoenix is walking in circles and the robot is now sitting on the floor and is playing with something bronze. Something small and bronze, in fact three bronze objects. The robot was playing with it in some sort of sick satisfaction.

Disgusting

"Hey!" I yell and try walking towards him and realise that my arm is stuck. Everyone looks at me and resumes what they were doing, uninterested in a child who got her arm stuck.

I use my free hand to pull my stuck arm and after a few moments decide to remove the boards fixed to the door. I grab an end of the one above my arm and yank it till it loosens and i finally freed my arm. I spin on my heel and am about to march towards the robot when I feel my jacket get caught on something.

Oh what now

I turn back to face the door and tug on my jacket but it still remains stuck. I yank it hard and feel myself be pulled towards the door. Through the cracks I see that someone is holding it. I scream and tug on it harder but only get pulled harder against the rotten wood.

I slam my fist of my free hand against the door as I try and move back but feel myself unable to move. Phoenix comes from behind me and pulls me by the shoulders but it does nothing.

Phoenix lets go off me and starts pulling the hammered wood of the door. The robot walks over and helps him pull most of it off. Once most of the planks are on the floor I see the person holding me back and it was me.

The reflection of me was reaching out of the mirror and had grabbed hold of my jacket, the very same side with Alex's orb in it. My eyes widen in realisation and I struggle harder, it's fingernails growing longer and digging into my skin hard enough to draw some blood.

It suddenly stops and lets me go I stumble back and Phoenix protectively stands in front of me, the robot standing in front of him. It leans back and once again becomes apart of the mirror. Fading Yellow light shines behind us and I see the lady cross legged in the floor and muttering still.

The light started to get brighter and I could see that the ceiling was a mirror. A howl could be heard outside the room and the entrance door slammed shut. The light flickered lady started muttering louder but the light died down to a small glow.

The mirror above us was shaking as thousands of our reflections pounded on the glass. The mirror inside the boarded room started shaking and fell backwards still shaking violently as our reflections clawed their way out. The lady finally stood up but kept muttering loudly and we formed a circle with our backs facing the light as the reflections from the mirror on the ceiling started clawing and falling onto the ground.

It was a reflection of Phoenix and once it hit the ground with a sickening thud it snapped its head to face us at an unnatural angle and dragged its body towards us as we heard the cracks of its bone snapping back into place. More of them dropped from the ceiling and even more stumbled out of the boarded room.

Falling on top of one another as the dragged themselves towards us. the lady's muttering turned to screaming as the light grew a bit brighter. The reflections shielded themselves as they stumbled back.
