The next day...
I woke up next to benny. His arm never lost a grip on my waist. I actually felt special. I was happy. But then again was sad. He wasn't interested in a relationship. I heard footsteps coming towards my door so I quickly pretended to sleep.
"Wake up kiddos" Brian said.
"Awee they look so cute" Elizabeth said.
I opened my eyes.
"Goodmorning" I said rubbing my eyes. Benny woke up by my movement.
"What are you doing here Liz" he asked. He looked really good with bed hair. And his voice. Omg. Sexyyyyy.
"I came to bring you your clothes, me and Mom are going out and you don't have your key" she said throwing him a bag.
"Hey Julie" she said and hugged me.
"I'm sorry I interrupted your little cuddle session there" she said. I laughed.
"Liz stop" Benny said.
"Okay okay chill I was kidding" she said and winked at me. I knew what's she was talking about. I was probably as red a tomato.
"Alright Ima go shower first" I said.
"Okay can I shower after you" he asked.
"Yeah of course" I said.
-skip to the sandlot-
I was a bit off today. I guess I was thinking about Benny to much. I stopped playing in the middle of the game. I kept looking at him as well. Ughhh. Why did I have to fall for him.
-end of game-
The boys were at the dug out. Drinking water. I was sitting on the bench. I didn't say much the whole day.
"Wassup with you" Kenny asked.
"Um nothing" I said. Sighing.
"Somthins up, you ain't never like this" he said. I stayed quite.
"It's Benny huh, I noticed you kept looking at him" he said.
"Really ?!" I said getting up.
"Yeah" he said.
"Fuck, Its just I like him a lot and he only into baseball" I said putting my hands through my hair.
"Julie I'm sure he likes you back. He's never looked at a girl the way he looks at you, tell him cmon, or I will" he said smirking.
"No no no I will I promise. Just not today" I said. I felt kinda confident.
"Come let's go eat at the diner" I said.
"I need ideas" i said.
"Alright" he said getting up.
"Ay guys me and Kenny are gonna start heading out" I said.
"Bye see you tomorrow" they said.
"Where you going" Brian said.
"Just to go eat" I said.
"Alright careful" Brian said.
"K" I said and grabbed DeNunez hand and ran out the sandlot I was starving.
We went to a close burger shop.
"Okay so what about I write him a letter" I said.
"Nope no no no, it can't be a letter" he said.
"Okay so I'm gonna practice my speech" I said.
"Go for it"
"So like on Thursday Ima tell him. Make sure everyone has something to do. So that day I'll go to his house and tell him. Im gonna be like "Benny I need to tell you something, you've been sending me a lot of mixed emotion and I'm honestly getting tired of it. I know you don't want to be in a relationship and just focus on baseball but I need to tell you I like you and have for awhile now. If you don't feel the same I don't want this to ruin our friendship but if you don't want to talk to me anymore I get it" how's that?"
"Perfect" he said.
"For real?" I said
"Yeah!" He said.
"I have to tell you something else" I said.
"What's up" he said nodding his head.
"I've been hanging out with Phillips" I said quickly.
"What the hell Julie"
"I know, I know but it's just I need to practice my soccer skills I'm a bit rusty,I know it's wrong but I'll stop" I said.
"Hell yeah you should, you thinking of telling the boys?" He said.
"Yeah I just need to tell Philips first" I said.
"Alright but they might not take it well"
"I know" I said.
"Let's go?" He asked.
"Yeah cmon"
-on the way back home-
"Thank you for helping me DeNunez I really appreciate it" i said.
"No problem anytime you need something I'm here" he said.
"Ay look it's the sandlot boys" I said pointing at the boys walking back
"Where's Benny?" I asked
"Must've left early" he said.
We walked towards the boys.
"Hey where's Benny?" I asked them.
"He left after you and DeNunez left" squints said.
"He looked mad" Bertram said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because maybe you left with DeNunez instead of him" they said.
"Omg" I said.
We all left and went to our own houses. Did I really make him mad?

I was beyond nervous. Everyone had "something" to do. It was 3:00.
I didn't dressed to nice. I wore some black tights and my supreme underwear so it looks like this
