"Whoa, whoa, whoa." All the boys said, this was yet another one of the the numerous groups that Sharpay walked through as they made way for her. They held their hands up as if they were surrendering in a battle. She didn't even acknowledge them keeping her focus on her phone. Ryan and I trailing behind her trying to keep up with her pace.

The blonde dressed in all pink kept on walking on the clear white tiled floors that clicked every time her feet met the ground. Her curls bouncing like pogo sticks every time she made a step. She was indifferent to the world around her and totally captivated in the world of her phone.

I tried to follow the trail that my brother and sister made, but ended up failing miserably. Sharpay walked through the group of let's say "popular athletic people", and unlike everyone else they didn't back away to make room for us. With it being all crowded I suddenly decided to be a klutz and bump into the one and only, Troy Bolton. And if bumping into someone didn't prove that I was a klutz I also ended up dropping my phone. I bent down to retrieve it as did Troy and what do you know, his phone slips out of his pocket nearly meeting my phone on the ground. And what "nearly" means is that his phone encountered an obstacle which gave it a different landing. And what that obstacle was my head.

"Well isn't a concussion a great way to start the first day of the new semester." I whispered under my breath holding my head where the phone hit me groaning a little. My other hand reached for my phone and his. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry." He said as I stood back up from my squat, him doing the same. "No worries," I said back with a smile, my  fingers tucking hair behind my ear, "thanks to your phone I might actually have a chance on leaving this place early." He chuckled at my response as I held my hand out holding the two identical phones waiting for him to grab his. But he just wasn't.

I looked up to see what was causing the delay to only catch his blue eyes staring into my green ones. I blushed as he stared but soon enough gained back my confidence. "Well then, here's your phone." I spoke while shaking my hand that held the phones.

"Oh, right." He chuckled again grabbing his phone. Putting it back in his pocket me doing the same. For the next few moments we just sort of stared at each other. Not the intense "I-want-to-kill-you-stare" more like the comforting stare. A stare to soak everything in and enjoy the moment. But it was soon short lived by the bell.  We turned our heads to look around hallway finally reconnecting with reality seeing that all of his friends were still there and that my siblings were gone. "Well, I'll see you around." He spoke looking back at me with a smile, his oh so charming smile.

"Yeah, I guess so." I said back while walking backwards still facing him. I returned the smile, later turning back to face where I was walking. "See you Bolton!" I shouted out to him getting the last word in hearing a chuckle from him shortly after. We continued walking both of us still bearing smiles on our faces while having each other on our minds treasuring the moment hoping that it will happen again.

And little did they know it would.
