Different gender
DIfferent name
Different birthdays
But the one thing we had in common was that we liked each other
There's a difference between you and I
She knew she was going to get hurt
You weren't going to get hurt
She knew this wasn't going to work out
You thought to give it a try
There's a difference between you and I
Why did she even bother to wait 2 months?
4 years doesn't seem a long time, but it's a gap
There's a difference between you and I
And that is that we don't see eye to eye
But you got what you want and she's happy for you
Because in all honesty, she probably wasn't the only girl you had your eyes on.
