they didn't know how they would approach him about it. they were all worried about how kageyama was going to react.
they had voted on whether or not they were going to ask him and it was a tie.
sugawara wasn't there the day that they voted leading it to an even vote for not asking him and asking him.
sugawara didn't know what to do.
if he said a yes to asking him then it could unnecessary drama.
if he said no than there could be unnecessary drama.
