"Can't I get some sleep please? I just came from New York! I'm tired!" I whined to grandma. "Hush Akela! We are going to the school to get you in." She said. "I have to go to school here? NO WAY. I don't know anyone or anything about this place! Why do I have to go? I have a basic education up to 8th grade! I can't go to school here!" I grumbled. Grandma patiently walked me into the village saying nothing. I try to convince her to turn around but she didn't. A guy came out from a building and greeted grandma and I. "Hello, I'm Caspian. You called for me Elder?" "Ah, yes Caspian. I would like you to show Akela around the school if you don't mind" grandma said. "That will not be a problem Elder! Consider it done!" Caspian gleefully answered. Grandma pushed me forward with her walking stick it made me off balance and I fell into Caspian's arms. Grandma chuckled and walked away. "Are you ok?" Caspian worried. "Yeah I'm fine" I shrugged it off. Caspian let go and set me upright. "Let's get going shall we?" Caspian nervously laughed. "Yeah..uh...sure" I mumbled.  We started walking through the building. Caspian was a tall guy with a skinny body and flowing brown hair. His blue eyes sparkled like the sea. He was wearing a white  t-shirt and shorts ( the island has some modern things) He showed me around and I thought the place was ok but I could get used to it. It took a while, him introducing me to everyone, but it was over. "So what now?" I asked. "I don't really know, but do you want to see the best sunset place ever?" Caspian asked. "Sure that sounds great." I reply. We walk outside and he grabs my hand. Then he started sprinting like a madman! "Slow down!!!!!!!" I scream. After what seemed like sprinting a 2,500 meter dash or whatever they called it back in New York, he stopped, and if he had let go of my hand, I would have went flying. "What was that for?" I gasp for air. "Nothing, I just thought it would be funny." "You think sprinting like your Usain Bolt for 5 minutes straight is funny?" "Who's Usain Bolt?" Caspian said in utter confusion. "Oh..right... you guys don't have tv here...uh well he is a famous sprinter ok! The point is, if you think getting me tired is funny, you have a poor sense of humor." I huff. " I guess I have a poor sense of humor" Caspian laughed. "And where did you take-" "shhhhh!!!!!!! The sunset!" "Ohhhhh ok" I shut up. The sun glowed against the Atlantic, making the sky 50 different colors. It looked like a sunset straight out of my dreams. "Wow....." I gazed in awe. " It's awesome!"  "Yeah it is" Caspian said. I looked out to the ocean, then back at Caspian. He was smiling at me. His eyes sparkled and his air flowed in the breeze. I smiled right back at him and started laughing when the wind blew his hair into his face. He scrambled to fix his hair to just how it was before. "You have a poor sense of humor if you think the wind blowing my hair in my face is funny" Caspian rolled his eyes. That only made me laugh harder. He looked away for a second and I threw a handful of sand at him. "HEY!" He yelled. "What was that for?!?!?" "Nothing, I thought it would be funny" I said. "Funny huh? You asked for it!" He got up brushed off the sand and crouched down to pick up some sand. "Wait what are you doing?" I questioned him as he walked forward with the sand. He started running over and I sprang up and ran down the beachside. I stopped to catch my breath and he caught up.  "Don't. You. Dare." I say. "Fine, fine I won't do it." He sighs. I look out to the sea. It shines as the sun fades from view, calming the sky. Then Caspian dumps so much sand on me! "Oh come on! I'm never going to get this out of my hair! Aghhhh! Caspian!!!!" I shriek. I start walking away from him shaking the sand off of me. "Hey, wait up!" He jogs after me and comes up to my side. "Why do you keep walking away from me?" "Why did you throw sand at me?" I smirked at him," And where are we?"  "We are at the main part of the village, obviously." he said. "Well it's not like I know that, I have only been here for a day! And it's getting late...." I glanced at the people who were still up and I saw Grandma. " Oh I see my grandma! I should probably get going, she might be worried" I mumbled. "Yeah she might" Caspian agreed. " See you at school tomorrow!" "See you" I said as I walked to my grandma. "You have to go to school tomorrow you know!" Grandma said sternly. "Yeah, I know" " Then let's get home before it's tomorrow" she said.
Once we got home I made myself comfy on a small bed in the room I had and passed out cold.
