Crazy, In A Good Way

HEY GUYS, SORRY FOR NOT POSTING IN A WHILE. ANYWAYS, ONTO THE STORY!

Dan's POV

I got up really early and tried not to wake Phil. I had to call Dr. Vincent and talk to him about my health progress. This was the compromise we made a few days ago, I wouldn't have an in-home nurse, in return for making daily calls to him.

Phil: Dan makes phone calls to Dr.Vincent everyday about his health, I'm not sure why he does it so early though. Maybe he doesn't want me to hear him talk about it or he doesn't want to wake Winston. I guess I startled him when I put my hand on his shoulder.

Dan: "Good morning gorgeous." I said, trying to act calm.

Phil: "Go back to sleep with meee." I said like a child.

Dan: " Ok just give me a quick second." I said, then kissed my husband's forehead. I hated keeping my daily calls a secret from him!

Phil: " Dan?"

Dan: " Yes Phil?"

Phil: "You know you can tell me anything, right?" I asked, then caressed his cheek.

Dan: As if on cue I cried into Phil's arms. "P-Phil I want t-t-to t-tell y-y-you something s-so bad b-b-but it's so embarrassing!"

Phil: "Dan it's ok. I know about your daily calls to Dr. Vincent. That's nothing to be embarrassed about." I said, kissing his back. " I love you too much to consider anything you do as embarrassing."

Dan: My heart dropped as soon as he said that. He really loved  me. I wasn't just a charity case to him. He loved me for me and all of my issues. I'm actually special to him.

Phil: We lied down and stared into each other's eyes for the next half hour, enjoying the romantic silence.

Dan: I started to doze off and I fell asleep in Phil's arms. I love him so much.

Phil's POV

Winston went into our room and said he wanted to talk about something. We went into the living room and talked.

Winston: " Dad? How come at my school when ever there are parents there it's always a mom and a dad?"

Phil: Oh fuck. "Well Winnie, those parents love each other just like daddy and I love each other." I said.

Winston: " Is it a bad thing that I don't have a mom?" I asked.

Phil: "Of course not. Why would you ask that?"

Winston: " Well... some kids at school told me that it was a bad thing." I said.

Phil: Why in the world were 3rd graders worried about this stuff??? "They're just jealous that they have typical parents, and you get to be unique, like Evan. Now go back to sleep Winnie." I said then kissed his forehead and went back to the bedroom.

Still Phil's POV

I got up a little later and made breakfast for everyone, still trying to forget about earlier. As usual Dan snuck into the kitchen and made out with me.
