I didn't know if I loved Zion, and I don't know if he loves me. I think that our "love" was made up for the sake of our own lives.

Anais plunged herself in the pool despite being pregnant. After months of trying to secretly  abort, she just couldnt. It seemed like she was more miserable than ever.
'' Thats it!'' Zion rushed in the pull and pulled angrily at Anais's arm.
''You're hurting the baby, by doing all that!''
Anais continued to ignore him and left to go back inside but he hesitantely pulled her to look at him. His eyes seeemed to turn dark. '' We need to have a lomg talk, if we want to make this work.''
''Yea we do, why did you have relations with me?''
'' Because I love you Anais! You keep asking the same question, but my answer always remains the same!''
'' No you did it because you were jealous..I hate you, I wish you were never in my life.''
'' Anais..''
'' Fuck you, was this what you really thought I wanted? I'm sure you knew the consequences. But I was so trapped to believe you were someone I could count on, now I have no one.''
He let go of her but as she walked back inside she stopped '' Anais..I know I disappointed you, I couldnt hide it that I really loved you and wanted you for myself. I know you feel the same. That night im sure you did. Even if it was too early. But you cant make me stay away from you, our connection is too intense especially since you're now holding my child. I haven't even claimed my mark on you.''  She turned to look at him, her under eyes grey and tired. '' Do not count on it. You will not touch me. I would rather be dead.''

Anais tried to sleep that day, she was hungry one minute but the next she had to throw up. She was sure she had seen a hint of blood in her panties but she ignored it. She could care less, her life was in pieces already.

''Mrs. Anais..''
'' Daddy!''
She ran to her dad with small arms and kissed him on the cheek. '' His happy eyes looked at her and then he turned sad. '' Why are you sad?''
'' Im sorry Anais..''
''For what?''

Anais woke up and the first thing she saw was blood, lots of blood. ''Ah.....'' She tried to talk but as she glanced at the perpetrator of the crime. He merely smiled his dark red eyes and zoomed out of the broken window.
''Zion..''

All of a sudden the door broke from its hinges and there stood an angry Zion and a few other guards trailing behind. ''Anais! Hold on! What are you men doing go after that demon!''
'' Anais...'' she could see him crying and his hands seemed like they were carrrying endless amounts of blood. He reached for her slowly and the air seemed to choke around her.
'' Anais!'' She couldn't hear anything anymore, but she didnt mind dying.
She could see Zions mouth moving and the hallways running further and further away as he carried her.

''Hello Anais.''
She turned to see a very beautiful woman with long white hair and a long black dress. Her pale face made her look like a vampire, but her doe eyes showed werewolf.
'' Who are you? Where am I?''
'' I know you may not like Zion but when you awaken you will need to regain your energy, you lost a lot of blood. And you need to continuously mate with him because the bond has seperated and made you weak.''
She kneeled down at Anais who dropoed her eyed to the floor.'' Im sorry Anais but your baby is no longer in your womb.''

Anais woke up in a very bright area. Doctors paced around her but it was quiet at the same time.Zion stood at the door glancing at her doctors, she had never seen him like that. His eyes were angry pits of red and he was clenching his fists till he glanced into her eyes. '' How is she?''
'' She may have trouble talking, but otherwise she is fine.'' Zion nodded quickly at the doctor and shooed them away. They all left leaving Zion and her alone in the white room.
'' Anais..im so sorry I was not there..Im so sorry for doing this to you, that you lost the baby.'' Her heart broke to pieces hearing it and she immediately stood up grabbing the closest wires on her body removing them hastily. She felt an ache in her stomach and opened her sheet to reveal a scar to her stomach.
''Please stop Anais..''
She looked at him and his red eyes warmed back to black and he held her hand. '' Please stop before I call the doctors back in here.''
She tried to speak profanities but couldn't speak. '' Anais.''
''Hes giving me 2 weeks for you to heal but after that I have to mark you.'' Anais immediately shook her head and spoke'' No!''
'' I have no choice , you wont heal from the damage if I dont..''
'' I ..''
'' My prince.'' They both turned around to see the doctor. His smile making Anais more calm. '' I'm sorry to interrupt but the guards are back with some more news.''
Zion nodded and nodded his head at the doctor. The doctor left and Zion kissed Anais on her hand. '' I'll be back.''
Anais shook her head she didnt like Zion but she felt lonely and pitiful without him at her state.
Instead of offering her a smile he passed her a worried look. ''I promise.''
