Goodbye to the Past

"Big brother!!!Big brother!"
Anais ran into Zions arms "Whats wrong ..." she cried on his chest "I had a bad dream again..." she said between her crying."Well you have me to keep you safe okay my porcelain doll?" Anais nodded her head and before she knew it she was sleeping soundly.But Zion kept awake,he too had a bad dream.

"Anais!Wait!" It was natural for the rain to fall down but today it seemed as if it would go on forever.
"Anais!" She ran to the nearby beach "Its not safe out here!" Anais turned around angrily "How do you want to be calm Zion!You heard what she said!You freaking heard!" Zion gazed at the sky "Come on inside you'll get sick." Anais rolled her eyes ignoring the hot tears coming out her eyes.
"W-what about you!You'll get sick too!Why do you always...nevermind!" "Anais.." "You knew didn't you!You just..." "How much did you hear.." "Everything!Damn!I came home early because of this stupid hurricane we're gonna have today and I...I hear this!That my...that whoever...that your to be engaged to me!" She hit the wet sand with her black shoes and Zion approached her closely."I didnt know...I dont see why she didnt tell me before..but I would have told you,you know I cant keep things from you.." he grabbed her hands "Now come on...your drenched you need to get warm..you dont want to catch a cold." she pulled her hand away from him.
"Ive always wanted you to be like my big brother...." she turned away.
"I always wanted to be strong like you!To not be fazed by anything!But I dont even know who you are!" he paused "Right now is not the time.." he grabbed her and carried her off as she banged her fists to his back"Let me go!Zion!!!!!"

Zion couldn't face Farrah,but he had to,he needed to know more he had just got out the shower and the rain had oddly stopped.
He slowly went down the stairs to see Farrah gone,suddenly he heard from Anais's room a high pitched scream."Zion!!!"
She had taken a shower and took a small nap,her hair was messed up and her eyes were bloodshot."Zion!" she ran to him "Whats wrong!" he gazed at her up and down worryingly but she was perfectly fine.
"I-I had that dream....but it was different...I....im crazy...I..." "Come on tell me about it.." she looked around her empty room "We need to leave."
"Why tell me whats wrong Anais." "These...big .....wolves..they..ran after Farrah...and.."
There was laughter that lit in the room and Anais's eyes widened,Zion turned around to see a man holding Farrah by her throat "They call me Silver by the way." and within seconds Farrahs head was clean off and Anais's piercing scream raged through the room.
Zion didnt know where the exhilarating feeling came from but he grabbed Anais and fled out the window.
Anais had stopped screaming instead she was in complete shock.
"Anais.." Zion ran to the car and smashed the window as he opened the latch to open the car door,his car set off in alarm.
"Stay here you hear me?" Zion ran into the house to see Silver have the keys in his hands.
"Ive been waiting for you..your majesty..." Silver bent down in a playful manner and and began to laugh."Although I never expected your bride to already be living with you." "What do you want?" Zion said angrily."Nothing,my job here is done..." The keys were thrown at Zion and Silver had fled the scene but before leaving he heard a final growling voice"For now."
Zion ran to his car to see Anais had her eyes closed.His heart raced with every beat against his chest at what was happening."Anais!" He ran to her side,no way ...she had fainted..he sighed deeply."Im so sorry Anais..." he gazed back at his old home in which he grew up in..in which Farrah,his mom resided at...no final goodbyes were given...only harsh memories that were now planted into his head and into Anais's.

He started the engine and even the tears in his eyes he would always protect Anais.
