Ya know how in cheesy romance movies and/or comedies the guy sings a song he wrote to their female love interest? What if JD did something like that for Veronica (and songs from the musical don't count in this case because JD singing to her is basically speaking to her with musical accompaniment)?
I believe this could be what he might write (if he lived to see the 90's):
