Dear Writer, - The Fooo Conspiracy (Felix Sandman)

41: Hotel Foooer

"Felix get up." I feel Flyer shake my arm until I sit up. The sun has not yet risen but we arrive at Kiruna in the middle of the night.

"What's going on?"

"Daff can't find us a place to sleep." Oscar says, we all watch him patiently in the front seat trying to order a room for us but none are available.

"What about three beds?.... two?" I see his eyes furrow at the street ahead through the rear view mirror.

"This town is dry, there's nothing." he hangs up his phone and chucks it on his lap. I have never actually seen him this upset before.

"Do we have to sleep in the van?" OG frowns.

I grab Daff's phone off his lap and begin sifting through the names of people who ordered tickets for our concert tomorrow.

"Felix, what are you doing?" Flyer watches me pick a number.

"Getting us a place to stay for tonight."

"From a Foooer!? Felix! That's not professional!"

I refuse to listen to her. I scroll and stop at a random place. My fingers dial the numbers all the while Daff is watching. He clearly doesn't think it's a bad idea.

I listen for the phone to ring and almost give up as a girl answers.

"Hello?"

"Hello! Tess?

"Who is this? How do you know my name?"

I turn the phone to speaker so everyone can hear.

"It's Felix from The Fooo." I say. I hear a long pause followed by a collection of screams and a couple things fall to the ground on the other end.

"Are you alright?" I laugh.

"Yes! I am! Are you?"

"I am here with the crew and we need a place to crash for the rest of the night."

"You can come to my house!" She screams again.

We drive around the small town following her directions. Kiruna is much different from Stockholm, smaller but much newer buildings and cars.

We drive up to a small home where she greets us outside jumping, by the looks of it she just hopped out of bed without thinking twice, she doesn't even wear shoes as she comes up wrapping her arms around me.

"Hello Tess." I greet, she jitters just at the fact that I present myself in front of her.

She is too excited to even speak, but the moment Oscar steps out she is quick to move to him making sure she makes her rounds hugging all of us.

"Felix, Omar, Daff, KATIA, OG, OSCAR! You guys are all here!"

Last of all, Flyer stumbles out of the van and begins to stretch.

"Who is that?" Tess looks concerned for a second.

"This is Flyer." I say. "She is my best friend." I walk to her placing my arm around her shoulder. "I don't know her name either so we are in the same boat." I feel Flyer put her eyes on my but look away again to meet Tess.

"Well my family is sleeping but you can come inside." She barely controls herself on her feet and walks quickly into her house.

We all whisper and sneak around her living room.

"You can stay here but you have to be gone before my mom wakes up." She pulls out the cushions of the couch and makes a massive mattress on the floor for us.
