  (Y/f) pov~
"(Y/n)? Please get up. You've been like this for a week. It's not like you to mope like this..." I say poking her arm as she lays on a couch in the common room.
She only pulls the pillow over her head tighter.
"(Y/n) say something. You're really making me nervous."
Still nothing. She just lays there, can't tell if she is crying or not. She's been holding that pillow over her face all day.  It's Friday, classes out early. But once class got out she came on here and did this. In fact, she's done that every day after the classes get out.
She won't say a word to anyone. Not even me. She won't eat, or sleep. And if she does it's very little.
"Do you want me to get you some food?" I ask her.
   She doesn't move.
"Well would you like me to help you do your work?" And by help I mean do. She hasn't touched her homework done Fred broke up with her.
She still didn't respond in any way.  So I figured I'll just do it all for her later.
"Okay well, I'm gonna go eat dinner now. If you want to join me you can..." I say.
After that I walk out, leaving her alone. I feel bad but I don't know what I can do. It's not like I can talk to Fred, I haven't seen him since the breakup either...
I have seen George though. And what a great pleasure that it...Ah! Sorry nope! Now is not the time for me to be crushing.
I gotta keep my focus on (y/n) and how to help. I just gotta think harder...
Maybe if I were to talk to one of his siblings asking them about Fred and how he's doing...and, wow that is a nice bird! Ack no! I got distracted again!
I scold myself as I walk down the stairs. Slipping on the stair and sliding down a few.
"You alright?" I look over and see George and Lee.
"Oh yes, I'm quite alright. Thank you."
I answer giddily.
"Would you like a hand?" George asks extending his hand to me.
"No thanks, now is not the time for me to get distracted. I gotta find a way to fix this break up problem- wait! George I have an idea!"

Your pov~

(Y/f) finally leaves. Leaving me all alone in the common room. I want to just lay here and cry more. But my detention starts in two hours and I can't go with runny makeup and red eyes.
I decide to go up to my room and fix that.  I take off my eye makeup completely and reapply mascara. That's all I really need...
Now all I have to do is stop crying and the redness in my eyes will go away.
I flop back onto my bed. Taking in a deep breath filled with both depression and pain.
What did I do to cause my life to be so painful?! Why am I stupid...
I try to remember some good things to cheer me up.
Like when my Ravenclaw friend,(hipster boy name) tried to cheer me up by saying Fred would never be as cool as his beard.
I let out a small chuckle to that. It's not even a beard. It's more of an attempt to one.
Maybe my friends are right. Maybe he is just some git who doesn't know what he's lost.
But maybe he's happier. He is probably with another girl right now! Ugh I hate boys!
George's pov~
"Wait wait wait, lemme get this straight. You want me to go and pretend to be Fred and get myself detention so that Fred and (y/n) will have to go to detention together?"
I ask a bit confused to why she is making me do this.
"Yes! Didn't you say he's been depressed since the breakup as well?"
"Yes I did! But what does that have to do with getting him detention? That'll only make him feel worse."
She smacks her head. She's acting quite insane right now.
"Like I said before, (y/n) has detention alone, while the other two have it together.  So if you get Fred detention then they will both be alone together. And if that happens then they will be able to talk to each other!"
It then all clicks In my head and it sounds like a perfect plan.
"Yes! (Y/f) You are a genius!" I say picking her up to spin her.
She laughs uncontrollably and answers,"Haha, yes I am, now put me down I am terrified of heights!!"
"Oh, haha...sorry..." I say putting her down.

~time skip~
Fred pov~
"You did what?!" I yell at my brother, furious because of what he jut told me.
"I um- kind of blew a hole in the wall of Filch's office. And they sorta thought I was you-"
I put my hand to my head trying not to scream at him.
"Why didn't you tell them it was you and not me?!"
"Because I didn't want to get in trouble!"
"Oh you big pansy..." I groan.
First I lose my girlfriend and now my brother is going under my name when he gets in trouble. Is there anything else someone wants to do to upset me?!
~
I walk into the classroom where I will be serving detention. My eyes widen when I see who else is in there with me.
I immediately want to scream. I want to kick something, break something...or someone...
He then turns around and looks at me.  It's the Slytherin boy.  He looks at me like I'm some sort of puzzle he doesn't get. But I just glare back.
It will be fine if I just ignore him...hopefully...

You're pov~
(Y/f) walks me to detention. She seems especially energetic right now. I wonder why.
"You didn't have to walk me" I say finally.
"Aw, but I wanted to! It's fun for me!"
I look at her confused, she's so weird...
"Right..." I say.
We turn the corner an approach the classroom.
"You can go back now.  Nothing too good is going to happen in here."
"No no, I just wanna go in that's all."
"Uhm, okay?"
We walk in and she is as giddy as ever. That is until we walk in. Her face falls and her excitement is gone.
"(Y/n) I thought you worked alone..." she whispers.
"I did, not this week. This week we're cleaning the bathrooms so I work with (f/2/n) today. I say motioning to the girl walking over to us.
"Hi, you must be (y/f). It's great to finally meet you."
I look over at my friend. And for some reason she looks nervous. But I can't tell why.
(Y/f) pov~
I sprint down the halls in search of George. Dang it I knew this plan was too good to work! What were we thinking?!
Things like this never work out right when I am the one who plans them!
I run through the halls till I finally found him.
"George- we- *huff*- have a- *huff* problem-" I pant between breaths.
  "What is that?"
"They're-*huff* not in the -*huff* same- detention."
   His face falls as well.
"Ugh. Looks like it's time for plan B!"
"Plan B..?"
I then get really nervous once I see a sly grin creep up onto his face.
