If you were Jin then judging someone's fashion choice while not caring about what they wore was possible. It was really possible for anyone, but for someone that was a hard concept for most to grasp. He didn't necessarily always have an issue with someone wearing something or what they were wearing, but it was natural for him to nit-pick at things he didn't at the same time. It was a bit of an odd way of thinking, confusing even, but it was possible. For example, he didn't have a problem with Namjoon wearing what he thought to be a whack-ass shirt, but he had a problem with the shirt itself, but he could care less that Namjoon was wearing it at the same time. It was a circle which he ceased to go around with himself and his brain so trying to explain it seemed almost pointless, even if being laughed at got on his nerves.
Seeing as to how Najoon had moved on from their first discrepancy though, Jin decided to do the same. He wore a confused look on his face, a half smile with one brow raised as the man at the other end of the couch began laughing for a second time. Needless to say Jin didn't understand his amusement and even if he did, the blonde man doubted it would have been as funny to himself as it was to Namjoon.
"I guess you might not be as much of a dick as you look.." That was what he WAS going to say, but then Namjoon continued talking and explained that if his purpose for coming by was for sex then he would've have left by now because clearly. Clearly. That would not be going down, which made sense, but he still couldn't help but scoff at the thought. He'd run into plenty of those occasions to know that the feeling of being left just because you didn't want to give up some dick was an unpleasant one, but he was only being honest; it was a little bittersweet hearing Namjoon reassure him of because of that reason.
Jin was quiet for a little while after Namjoon was done speaking, taking his sweet time in processing what the dimple-faced idiot had said and formulating his own thoughts into good enough sentences to actually speak on. "First of all, I'm only cynical because I don't trust guys like you. I'm only cocky because that's all I've ever been. Like, my head has been blown up with comments since I was a baby so II think it's only natural I'm a product of my environment.. I'm just glad you say something about it. Walking over people so easily gets annoying. A challenge, no matter how annoying, is always nice.." He unknowingly let out a deep sigh through his nose, leaning back into the couch and allowing his position to open up a bit more, showing that he was much more comfortable now than he was before with Namjoon being present. " I guess I'm trying to say you're not half bad either. And I might not be easy, but that's not as good a thing as you think.. It's gotten me into some pretty fucked situations, but I'm glad you see it as a good quality." He spoke plainly, unsure of how he felt about even saying any of what he did. He was being honest though when he spoke about not being easy. It often led to people pushing themselves on him or waiting long enough for him to let down his walls only to get what they want and leave, but sometimes it meant he got to have a little fun with teasing and playing hard to get so how he thought of it was entirely indifferent, but it was always nice to hear that something you thought poorly of yourself was even half ass nice to someone else.
