When I came to I was in a comfy bed with Annabeth on top of me. "W-what are you doing?" I stuttered. She blushed and said, "I was just checking your temperature to see if you were sick." Temperature? Sick? Wait, did they find out. "What do you mean s-sick I bet I collapsed from heat exhaustion. I mean its really h-hot outside." I stuttered. Then Annabeth did something so unbelievable, she started pouting. "Don't lie to me Persius Jackson! Whats wrong? Are you hiding something from me." Annabeth pouted.
"I...I'm sorry Annabeth. I guess I just haven't been on top of things. But I really don't thi-." Annabeth cut me off yelling, "I said stop lying to me!" I looked at her and sighed. "I really thought that you wouldn't notice. The truth is, I actually haven't been feeling all to well these past couple of days." I looked back up at her and tears were swelling in her eyes. "I-is it the poison?" She stuttered. "I think so." I replied.
She started hitting my chest, "stupid, stupid, stupid!" She hugged me and I hugged her back. "I-i'm really sorry Annabeth I didn't want to stop the quest. I didn't think it would be this bad." I said. "Its okay seaweed brain. At least you told me." She said happily.

When a little girl came and found me and Annabeth saying that a boy had fainted outside her house we didn't take it to seriously until we saw that it was Percy. Annabeth rushed over to him and felt his forehead. "H-he's warm." She stuttered. We were very lucky that little girl's mother let us stay.
I would occasionally check on Percy and everytime I walked in Annabeth was there. Crying, pacing, and cursing in greek. "Annabeth you should get some rest. You've been in here for 2 days." I said. "No, I need to be here for Percy." She replied. "You should rest though, we don't want Percy to worry about you when he wakes up." I said.
"I guess your right." She said. "Wake me up if he wakes up okay." I nodded and pulled up a chair next to the bed. I don't know whats wrong with Percy but it must have been painful. Thinking back he didn't look to good especially when we were walking. "You made Annabeth worry Percy. I think its time to wake up and say sorry.
